Photos show exactly what one finds. Everything is really clean, people were amazing and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had all the amenities one would need for a trip. Very spacious room and the common areas were very comfortable and cozy.

WIFI didn't work very well (well, the connection did, but it was difficult to connect for some reason). And the worst part was (this is not the hotel's fault) that there was construction work around and everything was a mess, so the entrance to the hotel was different and not very well signposted.

Frendly and helpfull staff at the Reception and breakfast, especially Lady who is in charge in the Morning. Spaceous Lobby to work at , nice cosy design.

No information provided during check in concerning how to enter Hotel during early Morning once you are out. I had to call Security and ask to open entrance doors for me. Eventually I figured out , the way to enter Hotel is super simple , just make sure you inform yourself in advance.

The room was spotless, the beds and pillows were super comfy and the staff could not have been nicer.

The location. The hotel did send us a number of emails letting us know there was building works and providing alternative routes to the hotel, but in fact these routes were also now blocked by building works. The room. Very basic, which is fine as it was spotless, but could benefit from aircon, a little safe and a door on the bathroom! 🙈

New hotel. Parking in the garage below the hotel. Delicious breakfast. Possibility of small snack in the hotel. Best of all, however, was the friendly and helpful staff.

We needed a wheelchair accessible room that was adapted to that. The only thing missing in the bathroom was a handicapped-accessible seat in the shower.

This hotel has a good location (near a bus stop and Renens Gare, which is 15 minutes away from Lausanne) and a good value price. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathroom lacks a clothes hanger and some cups (for brushing teeth). It would be nice if the check-in could be non-electronic.

New building, close to the Metro line, three stops to EPFL. City centre is more far away though. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was very basic, vibration in the room when other rooms doors are closing.

The staff was really helpful. We were travelling by car and with my grandfather that needs a walker and they helped us all the time. The breakfast was great. We’ll definitely think about coming back in the future.

The under-bed was a bit dirty, we dropped something and when we went to pick it up we saw it.

New structure, absolutely silent besides been right next to the high way, all clean and beautiful. Kind staff, modern hotel logics (self check-in and check-out, for example), fair price for the area. Good breakfast as well. It was a nice and pleasant stay.

Big room, comfy bed.

They do have parking in the garage, but the employees must walk with you all the way to let you in or out. Another point worth checking is automatic shades om the window wich opened and closed way too often for me.

The walls are made of unpainted concrete, and the bathroom has no doors. The cards used to open the doors got blocked sometimes, although the staff was quick to help with this one.
