Satisfying overall experience, renovated premises, bed OK, pillows not as confortable as mattress, spacey room and nice view. Breakfast : OK-ish, could be better.

The location was close to the bus station, so it took very little time to get there once we arrived. The room was very nicely decorated with a chocolate on each pillow. The view from the balcony was stunning. Breakfast was expansive with many different options for various diets. There was live music in the restaurant below the hotel. We were a short distance walk to the largest Therme.

The room key was a bit heavy, and the evening guest services person didn't seem to be able to communicate in English. The faucet in the bathroom was pretty, but almost non-functional due to the angle the water takes as it leaves the spigot.

very good location, there's a Migro nearby and only 3 minutes walk distance to the thermal spring . So convenient that the hotel is surrounded by Bus Station，information house, and several restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the Torrent cable station. Nice owner and staffs. and they have a very good restaurant besides the street with wonderful foods. my son is 12 and the owner was very kindly to arrange a extra bed for us in the same room, Thanks.

Hotel Römerhof is exceptionally located, 2 minutes away from the Leukerbad Therme baths and walking distance from the Gemmi and Torrent cable cars. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and modern, the breakfast is good and the Hotel Restaurant is very much worth recommending!

Room was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and it has enough space. It was a quiet weekend as well so we could not test the noise level had it been high season. Location is great: walking distance to one of the main thermal baths, to the bus station, to shops, etc. Breakfast was plentiful. Free internet was great. Restaurant downstairs has excellent food and attention by its staff; we enjoyed dinner there as most other restaurants in Leukerbad were closed. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. Free parking available behind the hotel. View to the mountains, superb!

Convenient & best location easy access to all , good view, quite, clean and friendly staff

Dark in hall way and elevator when I first entered and had to use the phone flash light until I found the switches. Should have motion detector for light on/off for both hall way and elevator. Should have guide for using TV. Room should have a phone at least to contacts hotel staff when needed.

Hotel is very centrally located near the main thermal baths, in the town center, supermarket and off licence 1 minute away. Free parking at the hotel. Very large room with nice balcony and views. Modern room, bathroom, and quiet at night. Comfortable, and good breakfast buffet. Restaurant on ground floor too.

Nothing. Everything was as it should be. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Nothing to call out.

The property is newly renovated, modern furnishing in the room. It is very clean and bed is comfortable. The Mr at the reception is always friendly and checking if everything is good. Wood fire pizza at the hotel restaurant is awesome. It is 3min from the Leukerbad Therme & Leukerbad Bus terminal.

The room was very comfortable, contemporary and clean. Special mention for the beds that were extremely comfortable. The restaurant was also nice and the hotel was ideally located, very central.

The reception and staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is located centrally, next to the Leukerbad Therme. We obtained a free parking slot. The classical Swiss (or German) breakfast (which I liked! ) was included in our stay. I hardly ever slept better than in this hotel.
