What did I not like about the property! I liked everything. EVERYTHING! my friend and I thought to rent a car for ease of movement around Lugano, but we ended up taking the train. Lo and behold, they have these smart cars in the hotel, that they lend to you FOR FREE!! and after we checked out and asked if we can borrow the car again, they said “of course you can” so polite, so accommodating. The View was insanely beautiful from our room, I didn’t want to leave the room because I wanted to stay in the comfort of my beautiful room and watch the view and get all the endorphins and happy feels from the view. The price is high but it’s totally justified. And the staff is just so courteous and amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, and I hope to visit again soon.

This is a crazy question. I loved everything about the property.

Aptly named: the views from our room, restaurant and the pool were fantastic. The spa is gorgeous as is the pool area. The staff were absolutely delightful, very attentive and sincere.

Our TV didn’t work - we’re not big TV addicts and enjoyed the views from our room most of the time but one movie night would have been nice. Staff tried hard to fix this but it needed an engineer - it’s just not something we’ve come across in other 5* star hotels. The bistro food was average at best especially room service.

No room instructions or labels for smart features - thermostat, window blinds, stove. Even the TV - had to have someone come help me when the TV kept shutting off. Took a while and some help to figure it all out and still don't know how to work the thermostat. The bathroom shower enclosure got water everywhere. Had to shower in the corner to keep the water from spilling out onto the floor.

I loved everything about this property, we had an exceptional experience during our stay at this hotel , I knew that we booked a 5-star hotel but I was not sure expecting this outstanding experience in regards to the kindness and welcoming manners of the staff , cleanliness of the apartment , the vast of space of the apartment and how cozy the hotel was during this autumn/ early winter time. This by far , and I am a well-travelled person, is the best hotel / resort experience I ever had in my life.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to help and make our stay special. We were extremely impressed with how genuine they were and just so happy to help. It really made the stay super special. The food was absolutely excellent quality. Top notch. Loved the organic eggs for breakfast. Cooked to perfection. Rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. Loved the bed linen and great pillow menu too. .

We had to pay for taxis to and from hotel which was quite expensive. Actually it was very expensive for us. Shame the hotel didn’t have a complimentary shuttle service for guests

Every think was spectacular and the services was amazing and the staff for restaurant was friendly 🥰

Top notch location with amazing views of the lake. Very likable international staff! We loved the room’s furnishings, comfortable bathroom with a powerful shower. Breakfast was healthy, great choice of all-natural cereals, fresh juices and eggs the way we like them. We miss Lugano already! The complimentary use of a Smart electric car was a lot of fun 😀

Poor wifi throughout the stay and air con was not that strong, however we stayed at the height of summer temperatures...

Quite new building with very beautiful rooms, exeptional breakfast. Definately worth to visit. Electrical car for clients for free - first time we met it and it was really nice experience!

Some technical issues are unplesent: - toilet ventilatsion switches on with light, with timer. Surprising that they doesn't have central ventilation in toilet at all. But worst thing - it makes noise, more than 40dBA and it is very annoing at night time than using the toilet - cooling system makes even more noise, more than 45 dBA, not possible to use at all. In EU standard has max noise level allowed 35dBA in living area..... Looks that the money was spent for design but not fór tecnical solutions :-)

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had lots of space with a beautiful view of the lake. The spa looked great but there was so much to explore around us that we just didn't get the time to use it. The option of having complimentary use of electric car and cycle if needed was a valuable add on, albeit we were too busy to use them on this visit.
