i was very surprised as the staff of the hotel were friendly and even offer to check in for us even though there was a self service check in desk at the hotel. Keep up the great service! One more that i really like about this hotel is the location, very near to Zurich airport, those who want to stay near airport, i recommend this hotel.

The detergent at the laundry room has ran out, therefore i asked the housekeeping lady. she told me to go to the receptionist to request one, which i did, then the lady at the receptionist told me that someone will send it to the laundry room immediately. I waited for 20 mins and there was no detergent that i had to take some detergent from other level. but overall experience is good.

Beautiful Scandinavian decor and overall design, with a comfortable, quiet superior studio suite that includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a kettle, dishwasher, and microwave. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. Thanks to good soundproofing, I didn’t hear any noise from other guests. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing. I went a bit late by hotel standards (after 9 a.m.), and to my surprise, it was not busy at all, with everything promptly refilled. There was a tasty selection of bread, a wide variety of vegetables and fruits, boiled eggs, cheese, and pastries. The Migros supermarket is just a 2-minute walk away. I didn’t mind the 6 km (20-minute) distance from the city center, as I needed a direct train connection to other parts of Switzerland from Glattbrugg station. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the peace and quiet provided.

The self check-in is a convenient feature, though it took over 10 minutes to complete. I wasn’t sure why my passport details were required. It’s a plus that you can open a window; however, if people are sitting in the courtyard, you can hear conversations quite clearly, even on the 6th floor where I was staying

The room is big and nicely decorated. However I really don't like the "industrial" style with bare concrete walls and ceiling, it doesn't feel cozy at all. The hotel staff was friendly. Very well located, easy to access by car and public transportation, close to Zurich city center by tram/train. Nice restaurants in the area. They answered quickly and with useful information to all my questions.

The room floor was cold : either put a carpet or provide slippers ! More hooks to hang towels and a glass for the toothbrush would be appreciated. The staff of Luigia restaurant, where the breakfast buffet was held, was not very friendly.

Carlos on reception was great. I was hot and tired and the “quick” electronic check in was unintuitive and buggy. The normal check in line was longer than expected for just after 3 in the afternoon. When we got to our room it was not what we had requested (different type). I went back to reception and Carlos sorted it out with a friendly smile and no fuss. This excellent customer service turned what could have been a really negative experience, into a positive one. The room had a refrigerator and the location was super convenient for the airport (and not difficult for the city either, especially if you change at Oerlikon for Zurich Hbf). Tram stop is a few minutes walk away. And they let us store our luggage after check out so we didn’t have to lug it around the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The check in process really needs improvement. The “self check in” system should not require re-entry of all information already supplied. The bed was firm for my liking but this is purely personal preference, everything else was great.

A conveniently located modern hotel with all the necessary amenities for a short business stay. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Self-checkin and checkout work seemlessly and the gym has the necessary equipment as well. The courtyard is nice to just sit and relax at any time, but also during breakfast, since it's accessible from the restaurant.

Besides the nice person checking if I was on the breakfast list, there was no other helpful staff indicating how breakfast would work, how to get hot or cold drinks or even to refill the slightly chaoticly arranged breakfast. The people, that were around seemed to follow their own tasks without showing any recognition of the guests attending breakfast.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room size was ok for my solo business trip. It was clean and the room temperature was nice and warm. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Good coffee for breakfast. Nice selection of juices. Vegan butter was a nice touch. Two choices of plant based milk.

The breakfast selection for vegans was quite limited. Would like more options. But the coffee was very good. (Hotel coffee is usualy awful). The room had a bathroom smell after turning on the fan. (But the smell was not from my bathroom). It disapeared after turning off the fan.

Good hotel for one night stopover. The room was excellent with a balcony overlooking the outside garden. There is a public parking، 200 meters from the hotel. From 7:00 to 6:00 in the morning, parking is free. The cost per hour is 2 francs.

The room was excellent, but there was one defect, which was the central air conditioning, which was hot. I informed the reception and he came to check, but unfortunately without a solution, because it was central. This month, the weather in Zurich is hot at night, so I did not sleep comfortably. The hotel should consider the parking cost as it is very high.

Great location only 200m from the tram to the airport or the city , The room was clean and a very good size with everything you need . I had a superior studio suite with a fridge , cooking facilities and even a dish washer . The bathroom was also quite big . Theres a nice gym and washing machines / tumble dryers available too. The air conditioning worked perfectly . This place is really good value for money in Zurich

There’s nothing not to like . Sometimes there’s a bit of a queue to check in but I used the self service check in machine and it worked perfectly

Easy check in easiest checkout in few seconds, The room was perfect 4 family who wanna cook, Microwave with cooker induction Tea kettle, and fry pan , All basic item. Reception staff Ms Ishita Borkar was very nice. As soon as I reached hotel from airport using tram we realised we left carry bag in the tram, I shita assured us that don't worry Swiss people are honest you will get yr lost item to।orrow morning, She even contacted SBB helpline and gave me his number , On talking to that guy I could reach lost n found office where I got back item that I left in hurry in the tram .
