I loved everything. The facilities are larger than what you usually find in Switzerland. The room was perfect (except for a minor hiccup), everything was top-notch. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the thermal waters and pools, but it's definitely a hotel I'd return to.

My room was a double, but for some reason, it had an extra bed (as seen in the photo) that I didn't need. I asked for it to be removed to have more space, but was told it wasn't possible because it was a fixed bed. This wasn't true, but I let it go since I was only staying one night and didn't want to get into an argument over a small detail.

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was perfectly adequate and the access to the Bains absolutely lovely. The temperature of the various pools was also great for our 1year old. Portions in the restaurants were extremely generous. The hotel is family friendly. We promptly found a cot on our arrival in the room, which isn't so frequent, so thank you!

Unfortunately the pools were quite crowded during the week-end, but this was expected. I was slightly worried about my son spending time on the room terrace as the wood has quite a few splinters, but luckily he was fine. The (clearly) used towels crumpled near the floor could have been changed a bit more generously, or at least refreshed - the rest of room service and cleaning was irreproachable though.

Breakfast could be better, no vegetables for breakfast Beware Huge parking right in front of the hotel is not the hotel parking.. So please be prepared to be fined in case if you park there overnight. Hotel parking is around the corner 100-200 metres away from the hotel. The hotel could have placed big readable signs on the same or what is much easier and cheaper to send the map with a parking to email upon booking.. Also beware of the low ceiling in the attic room

We stayed in the older part of the hotel but the rooms were very comfortable, clean and good size with comfy bed and great view from the balcony. Access to pools on check-in and check-out date for a whole day and towels are provided before check-in so no need to bring yours. The breakfast was excellent with a big variety for everyone's taste. We loved dinner in "La Basserie", nice staff, the ribs to die for and big portions making sure you wont leave hungry! We also enjoyed the thermal baths, hammams and saunas. We highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

It's getting a bit crowdy during daytime with slightly too many kids, but mornings and evenings are very pleasant.

I liked the pool area and that there was an "adults only" space I would never go in the summer or during school holidays to rhat place.It must be hirribly crowded...and fir.sure not.wnough space outside to relax

The room provided by booking was very old (furniture from the 50ies), view on a garage..I asked for a different room and paid chf 45 more.. The spa (area of massages) is nor very comfortable..not really space to relax, only three small saunas..and you must wear a swim suit.

Sometimes too many at the pool nd not always with thw best fair-play... Sometimes even with a somewhat rude play... Maybe part of the season and period... Not actually under the staff control even if they tried many times... Not the most confortable room in my opinion and compared to others but it might also be a personal opinion... Could have a bit more consumables available or higher quantity but can understand the reason or strategy behind....

The heated pools and the river. That its open until 21.00 is good. The restaurant has a "magic tree" where kids can play. Its well designed so you can still monitor what's going on and your child is safe but its still a separate location from the dining area.

The restaurant food isn't great. The pizza taste like oven pizza. Its over-priced. Bad experience with room service -- slow and delivered the wrong order.

We liked everything about this hotel and we’ll definitely come back! It looks new and clean, beautiful views of the mountains, an excellent location for hikers (you can reach and explore many amazing hiking trails and unique villages like Grimentz for example, within 30-45 mins by car). Super breakfast and a great restaurant for dinner too. The thermal baths and pools at the hotel are probably the best ones in Switzerland.

The venue was fantastic. Our room was spacious, comfortable and absolutely relaxing. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was also excellent. Offered many options. Getting to the pools was super easy and we had unlimited daily pass so we would go twice a day. The pool area was also amazing. There were so many options and so many things to do. Able to cover all tastes and needs. Also, had dinner in the hotel all night and the restaurant was also excellent. We loved the place and we would also love return soon.

Our only suggestion would be for one of the pools to remain adults only for the whole day during the weekend.

What a place this is! We were driving from Italy along the Simplon Pass and were looking for something as part of our European road trip. I’m so glad we found it. We splurged and had the modern room with balcony and I am so glad we did. The views were stunning. I think this part of the hotel is quite new. It feels brand new and the room was a mix of stone and wood with an interesting swivel wooden design to aid privacy from the bathroom. The facilities are outstanding. There are 5 pools all heated to approximately 35 degrees including a lazy river which was great fun. Some of the reviews of this hotel were so poor that we nearly cancelled but we are so glad we experienced it for ourselves. Yes there are families here. We were not travelling with children but it certainly did not detract from our enjoyment. After swimming we felt truly relaxed and our skin felt amazing. The system for entry for hotel guests is very hitech. You wear a watch that opens doors for you and allows you entry and exit from the thermal areas. We had a lovely meal in the evening with live music. Breakfast was outstanding.
