Good location, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Paid parking garage available. Friendly, helpful staff.

Power connections only support flat power plugs, not round ones. Could not charge my laptop.

Breakfast food was great. Sauna was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable, and the tech in the room was great (chrome cast, etc). Would stay again.

Coffee at breakfast could be self-service, can take quite a while to receive and you cannot get a second coffee. I had to wait for front-desk staff, and they always seemed a bit annoyed that I was there (asking for iron or about extending my stay).

Very new hotel with amazing Japanese style breakfast (also European breakfast options available) It is super close to the train station and has a beautiful view on St Gallen from hotel rooms. We didn't know initially what to expect as there were no reviews yet (the hotel opened on July 14), but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and affordable price. The hotel also has a finished sauna that all guests can use, and soon there will be a Japanese style hot tub!

I like the location, the cleanliness, the staff! Amazing hotel in general. The lady at the breakfast made such a perfect almond milk latte that I almost cried.

For breakfast as a gluten-intolerant I would love to see some corn flakes or rice muesli, or some scrambled eggs, but there was only gluten-free bread on request and boiled eggs, that’s it.

Had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was comfortable and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The food options were delicious and varied, satisfying all my cravings.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and accomodating and got a high floor room with awesome view.

Sadly there are some constructions happening nearby and there is noice starting from 8 am. Nothing the hotel could do though.

Breakfast and location were perfect. Self-check-in was also nice and the staffs were very friendly. The room was quiet and nice, I like the style.

Floor was not clean enough with some dust at the corner, with sunlight one can see small dust flying in the air. No disposable slippers were provided. The elevator button on 6th floor had some problem.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Breakfast was a feast! Room with a view was a lovely surprise. I won’t stay anywhere else on future trips to St Galen

The only thing I missed was a small fridge in the room.

The hotel was in good location close to city center- our room was great I hope we can stay there once more :) I celebrated my bday in this hotel The staff were hospitable and caring

The only problem was the pillow which is too soft

We loved our stay here at this new hotel! Conveniently close to the train station but in a quiet location and quiet rooms. Breakfast in the Japanese bar was lovely and staff really friendly.Thank you for our stay!
