Clean room, big comfortable bed, nice location down by the lake (I was on the first floor which from hearing noise outside during my stay, might be a little noisy when the cafe downstairs is in a busier season). Check in was easy using a code for door - didn’t meet any check in staff. Met cleaners who were both lovely.

The facilities were very minimal. Two small bars of soap, no shampoo. Provided kettle, small fridge (one of legs is broken so wobbles) and microwave, however no cutlery or plates, only two cups and saucers and wooden stir sticks. Surprising to overlook/ skimp on these basic things. Bulb in lamp on desk needs replacing (just noting this for the owners!)

The guest house is at a perfect location, on the main square of Vevey. From our room we could see the lake. We liked the newly renovated very big roam and the easy check-in procedure. We will surely come back.

There were only small details: There is a water kettle and microwave, but in a corner without electric plug. There were Nescafé bags, but no milk and spoons. In the bathroom there are no hooks for the clothes and there were a few and very simple shampoo samples. We didn’t find the remote control for the television, but since we don’t like to watch tv, it was not a problem. The heating of the room was too strong, but maybe it was our fault because we didn’t understand the heating.

Location was really ideal. Walking distance to Vevey train station, and very close to the lake and shops. Room was clean. Well heated. Host was very responsive with communication. Self check-in procedure easy and smooth.

Not to any fault of the hosts, check-out is specified at noon, but at 11:40, the cleaning lady knocked on our room door and was eager for us to depart already. I had to rush my daughter to finish up in the bathroom. Not a big deal as we were packed already. Just slightly uncomfortable as she stood outside our door waiting.

Excellent location. Spacious room. Very clean. Great view.

Although there was a microwave there was no cutlery or plates in the room.

The property is in a great location and our room overlooked main square next to Lake Geneva with lake views. The bed was very comfortable and the room had good facilities. We considered the property to be excellent value for money especially compared to others in Vevey. The area has a great vibe next to the lake and we did a memorable walk mainly lakeside to Castle Chillon a 10km walk via Montreaux. We would definitely stay here again if in Vevey.

A minor point really. We had to move the microwave as we couldn't find a plug point. Other than that nothing else to raise.

Lovely, large, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with daily cleaning and supplies refresh on request. Great location. Lake view. Convenient for buses, station and restaurants. Beautiful old town. Host Julien responded to all queries immediately and had helpful tips for trips and eating out. Very good value for money and we had a wonderful holiday here!

More power points would have been welcome - although we realise that's not an easy fix!

The room was spacious and sensibly laid out with a very good shower and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Having a fridge and kettle was a real bonus. We had a fantastic view of the lake from our room which we had not expected. Everything was spotlessly clean. The system whereby they gave you a temporary code to get into the main door was easy and worked very well. Checking out was very speedy - literally just leave the key on your bedside table and leave - it couldn't be easier!

No complaints at all! There was no reception, which made it a little impersonal perhaps, but as I said in the other section, the system whereby they gave you a code worked perfectly and leaving the key on the bedside table as you leave was great. The hotel doesn't serve breakfast but it was easy to find places nearby that did so not a problem in the least.

The view of Lake Geneva was great. The bathroom was a good layout with walk-in shower. Bed was comfortable. Fan was essential to keep room fairly cool.Location, once we found the accommodation, was central and worthwhile.

The Guest House was very hard to find in a side lane with only a small brass plate sign on the front door. Poor instructions were given by the host for access from the train station. He also failed to provide the promised Riviera Card for discounts despite emailing him my details in July and re-sending these by repeat email when we arrived in September. Other guests had their cards waiting for them and I felt ignored/discriminated against. The apartment access was up 2.5 flights of stairs.. Carrying medium sized cases this distance was very difficult for us as older people. No assistance on hand at all, we did not even meet the host. No aircon and room faced west with afternoon sun heating the room. The main town square that the room was above was very noisy until late in the evenings.

A very comfortable room and bed in a lovely location. The bathroom is quite large and a very good walk in shower. A small refrigerator, microwave and kettle are pluses for visiting more than one night. Bedding nice. Extremely clean. Extra bonus for being pet friendly.

The addition of a coffee capsule espresso machine, Nestle after all is headquartered in Switzerland, would be the cherry on top.

The room was very comfortable looking out over the market square and lake and a short walk from the station. Lots of restaurants were nearby.

Check in was a little confusing given I didn't have roaming on my phone and no local sim card to receive check in information. If this was given a couple of days earlier when I had access to wifi that would have solved the problem. As it was I was able to contact the concierge at the door and be let in.
