Cozy hotel rooms in Historical main building. Amazing Spa with Gym and Spa staff. Excelent breakfast with a very professional service and staff. Well done!

Reception staff. Rude and not very helpful duty manager. Pushing to charge your credit card without asking your needs and not following on your requests. We booked a room threw booking.com however we did not like our room, and tried to change it. Duty Manager tried to upsell for more expensive room and put an extra charge for the breakfast, when it was clearly mentioned in our booking confirmation Breakfast is included. A bit dissaapointing especialy in such a great Hotel. Houskeeping never cleaned or bother to clean our room in 48 hours :(

Breakfast was great. Room view is amazing. It's very silent neighborhood. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.

WOW. Over the past year I have been to 10 five star hotels at least, and they were nothing compared to the Dolder. The Dolder Grand is something else, something above five start, something truly unique that I wished I had experienced earlier. My suite was absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning view over the lake of Zurich. Everything in the room was clean, tidy, luxurious. The SPA was one of the best I have ever tried, beautiful and calm indoor pool, with an outdoor jacuzzi overlooking Zurich. The staff and the concierge were all super helpful, super kind and really made me feel special and welcomed during my entire stay. Finally I want to make a special mention for the food....the Saltz Restaurant was extremely good but what has totally surprised me was the breakfast. HANDS DOWN THE BEST BREAKFAST ON PLANET EARTH. Super happy of my stay, as I visit Zurich few times a year, I will make sure to stay at Dolder next time I come in few months. See you soon:)

Everything in the hotel was perfect. From the reception staff to the gym, everything is 5 star level

The location for solo travelers who go to Zurich for the 1st time is a bit far. Prepare yourself to pay at least 30 euros every way you go from central zurich to the hotel. If this is not a problem for you, enjoy! Besides the distance, i Would definitely come back to the hotel!

The view was stunning, the staff was super friendly and professional, the facilities, including the rooms and common areas were amazing. We particularly enjoyed the bathroom and its under floor heating, the radio mirror and the many shower nozzles.

Although it felt like we could get many benefits included, it was offputting that the minibar was not included in the price. The "double bed" was composed of two single beds bundles together, which is not quite the same. When the shuttle to the city centre was not available, the hired taxi replacement was not up to standard.

The food was amazing especially the breakfast choices

It’s something I didn’t like but my wife wish was to enjoy the pool and would suggest a couple of hours to be a women only time zone Kindly make sure to alert families and especially their children about the nude room as it’s not properly announced as such and it’s not proper for our culture

The property was first rate. The location was magnificent with an unbelievable view, an extraordinary blending of traditional and modern, many choices of amenities- cafe, outdoor seating with heat and lap robes, ice skating rink, spa, lovely restaurants and cozy bar. Very family friendly! We had an amazing stay.
