The staff is very friendly and answered all our questions. The hotel has some free bicycles that we used for 1 day, which was very convenient. The room was big and we had a good sleep in the beds. Because of a typhoon we stayed in the hotel a lot for 1 day and that was comfortable. Also the breakfast was very nice!

Our noses got stuffed when we were in the bed and we found dust around the bed and windows. That's the only thing we didn't like.

The staff was super courteous. I had forgotten to collect my passport given at checkin and had 2 staff members remind the checkin counter to return it to us when we got back after a walk. We were able to checkin before 3 and hence could go around at leisure. We had a road facing room but did not have any disturbance from traffic during the day or night. Busses stop right outside the hotel and one can take a ride to the night markets from here. Bus frequencies tend to think down in the night so plan your trips accordingly. The town eats and sleeps early. The town has some fantastic architecture but will need quite some walk to get to. Evenings were super pleasant and we had a great time walking around on the 2nd day as we were not visiting the night market.

The hotel is a good 10-15 min cab ride from the train station. This is a pretty sleepy town so do not expect anything to be open late evening. Hotel is on the main road so there is vehicular traffic. Breakfast is a simple affair with just 1 fruit, bread and a few spreads, poached eggs, cornflakes, some boiled veggies and a lot of traditional food. There are very few large eateries and convenience stores around. We found an English speaking elderly gentleman a min from the hotel who helped with our lunch.

On the last day we checked out early and leave the luggage for 2 hours in order to walk around the city... when we came back me and my wife walk directly to the lobby's toilet. One of the male employee run after my wife and knocking the toilet's door with angry mood like we are outsider. I have to stop using the restroom in order to get out asking him why is so rude? He did not answer anything just walk back to the lobby area when they have company (kinda) meeting...

Great location. Staff super helpful, friendly and good to ask for recommendations. Professional. Great buffet breakfast in the morning. The room was larger than we expected but we were given a corner room. The bed is big but hard. Given more than two pillows which was nice. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Clean shower/bath situation - impressed with that. Such a good price for what you get and location. Within walking distance of the night time lantern street, lots of bubble tea and some of the temples/forts. Tv was large too. Quiet at night and in the morning.

Hard beds.

Absolutely great value. Perhaps the best value of any hotel I’ve stayed in. Right in the centre of the city. Fabulous staff. I forgot my laptop and they were very quick to inform me! Plenty of facilities and they sell cushions, sunglasses, and even the shower gel used in the hotel. Good breakfast included as well as afternoon staff. I found all the staff friendly and helpful, be that reception staff, catering staff or cleaning staff. I’d love to visit again!

Not much really.

Location is good, about 15 mins walk from Tainan Train station. Many shops and eating outlets beside and around the hotel. The hotel staff will let you check in when the room is ready. Afternoon tea and small bites are available for free after you checked in. The room is spacious and clean with auto wash toilet setting.

Taxi drivers may not be pleased to send you to hotel from Tainan train station because it is just a short distance. Best to call hotel for arrangement.

The hotel's staff are welcoming. They even have a staff there to press the lift for us all the time at the lobby. They provide snacks at 11th floor which i am so impressed as tge weather in tainan is super hot. We need rest all the time and we appreciate it. They also provide shuttle service but i didnt realise it so i miss the service. The bus stand is just few steps away from the hotel. The tranportation is easy. The girl who works morning shift during my stay is very informative.

The choices of buffet breakfast is not much but i still enjoyed it. I also impressed with their idea with the small card on the table in the restaurant which shows vacant or dining. This is a great idea

Cambridge is the most traditionally hotel and advantage of hotel either they deserve reality they have their price own their certification of hotel ranks interior and exterior are awesome have to mentioned what’s the breakfast how to attracted to you the breakfast is the most important Many of selection and friendly humanity environments with their breakfast is point of the trips in Tainan appreciated I felt so much satisfied

honestly probably the traffic and communities aren’t useful inconveniences in this area first all if someone would like to visit here you have to search and concerned about what’s the nice foods have? and how’s the night life introduction and recommendation of clubs in Tainan

The room was very clean and spacious. I really like to give my highest appreciations to the front counter for extreme helpful service espcially one gentlement ( I forgot to ask for him name but senior manager). Breakfast was very good with big spread of Chinese foods. Location just facing Chikan Tower with many street food stalls.

No big issues but improvement in toilet area would be a plus things. Window is so small that is made not different whether this room got a window or not

Breakfast was good,I am more a fruit and salad person and I was very happy to see dragon fruit, bananas and pineapples. There was plenty of other foods. Ice cream was there as well. The room 715 was big and had a nice feel to it. Nice furnishing and cool hard floor.

The Tv wasn’t working properly and was a smaller size. It took a long time for the kettle to heat up.
