Location is excellent. Right in the shopping area and super near to Zhongshan MRT. Interesting room facilities including TV near bathtub. Even provide full toiletries and complimentary drinks in fridge and some snacks. 3 remote controls- one for tv, one for curtains and 1 for lights.

No way to lock the toilet door. Why? Transparent strip around the toilet that does not provide a sense of security when using the toilet. No blinds option to close the transparent area. No laundry facility. Aircon temp was impossible to adjust. Only way is to switch off. The emergency rig in the room had bolts sticking out in the ground and stepping on it hurted the foot.

The location is good. It is right next to the MRT. Be aware the exit of the MRT is satire, not escalator. The room is very decent, clean and quite big.

Wi-Fi is poorly weak and gets disconnected from time to time. The evacuation pole in the room is wrongly placed. For instance. I hit it once when the curtain was shot. this must be modified.

The Tango Nanshi is in a superb location. Really close to the metro, centrally located and next to lots of restaurants, amenities. They stock your fridge daily with sprite/coke which we thought was an excellent touch. Their beds are super soft with a feather duvet and pillows making it that extra bit comfier.

The breakfast is decent but not amazing. Loved the fresh tropical fruit served like passionfruit. Would be great if they could add in some hair conditioner but not the biggest deal. These are minor points because we really enjoyed the hotel.

Location was great, close to our office, but also a lot of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries around. Shopping area is lovely and lively. The main road is wide, nice sidewalks and beautiful trees and gives the feeling of Milan :) Infrastructure in general looked good, better than most Southeast Asia countries.

Internet was weak, and struggled with it for a couple of days then asked the front desk about it. They gave me a router to put in my room and the problem was solved. Another thing to keep in mind, all food places close by 9:00pm. You are left with getting ramen from 7 Eleven :(

All the staff is friendly and very helpful, the day we checked in happened to be the worst ever typhoon in Taiwan 40 years history,even though we are arrived lot earlier than the usual time, the young lady whom helping us was so understanding that she arranged a room for us straight away so that we can settle in,I’m so grateful that we chose this hotel, and I’m sure that my next visit to Taipei this will be the hotel we will staying.

Front Desk staff was very helpful, Eason Lin surely an asset to the hotel. He fixed my challenges immediately and attend to my questions very patiently. The hotel location is fabulous, very convenient and so accessible to public transports! Oh yeah, I love soaking in the bath tub! It made me sleep extremely well after the in room “Onsen”! Loved it.

Room a little small but it’s a good size for me; and it faces the back lanes. Others, simply fantastic!

The rooms were quiet and good for resting after all the walking. The jacuzi bathtub was excellent. Nice size for a couple and bathing salt was provided. There were free drinking and snacks for us daily. The room cost more than some hotels but the things provided made up for that. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is not my 1st stay but was my girlfriend's 1st stay and she liked it.

Perhaps could arrange for some scent in the room like a water infuser, that could have help with the atmosphere.

Hotel is 40 steps away from metro entrance, a convenient base for exploring the city. Hotel is compact and only has 10 floors. Good soundproofing. Staff went our of their way to make reservation for us with a restaurant, and write directions for the taxi driver. There are cafes, bars and restaurants/ eateries in the alleys behind the hotel, as well as food courts in nearby department stores (also, a Din Tai Fung across the street at the basement of Mitsukoshi). Good local/Asian breakfast. - some dishes varied during our stay. Quite comfortable business hotel. We got a deluxe room for the additional space.

Hotel issued only one key card even when we requested two. 24-hour red light on the ceiling was annoying. No English channel on cable TV (the room had 3 TV sets!) While we understood that health protocol prohibited cleaning crew from entering our room for the first 7 days, some arrangement should have been made to collect our trash bags, and automatically replenish the complimentary bottled water, tea/ coffee, etc. (we had to request it at the reception in subsequent days). As we tested negative when we took our Covid-19 test on the second day, the pillow cases (at least) could have been changed after the second or third day.

Location near Zhongsan subway station exit 3 convenient. If travelling wth luggagae there is lift at exit 5 which is abt 300m away. Opp Shinkong Mitsukoshi dept stores where there is food court and stalls to buy tea and souvenir foods at basement

Heavy glass door entrance can be inconvenient to open. Also entrance is black so can be easy to miss.

the breakfast is delicious. They have various dishes and different each day. They provide iron, microwave oven, hair dryer, jacuzzi, bathroom scale which beyond our expectation. The location is superb, next to the hotel is mall. We can travel via MRT and the exit No. 4 is convenient with lift and escalator.

the last day, we found the soy milk with sesame at breakfast line is not fresh then the waiter change to the new one immediately. So, they all have good service mind.
