The hotel was impressive in every way We stayed in the Tango Suite which had a separate living area that was a great segregation where we could eat, pack and hide (while the baby napped) Staff were very attentive and polite, they would help us get the door when we had bags or were carrying the baby. The housekeeping staff would greet us each morning and ask if we wanted our room made-up too! Toilet fittings were top notch - duravit, toto washlet, grohe etc Cleanliness 10/10 as well Super value for money, walking distance to CKS memorial (15 mins) and Chifeng street.

We upgraded to a larger room with a washing machine, and it was really worth it. The bed was HUGE, and super comfy, and the room was massive too, with a really luxurious bathroom. The staff were lovely, and very helpful with anything we needed. They also spoke fluent English (which was very surprising for Taipei!). The location is great too, and we found a million really great restaurants, cafes, markets and more within a 10-minute radius, or a short bus or train ride to tourist attractions.

I felt like something was missing from the hotel, and that a cafe onsite would have changed everything for us. There were a lot of great places around the hotel, but since I had such a lovely time at the hotel itself, it would have also been a nice addition.

The room design and details such as the bath tub, mist spray for pillow, the bedroom slippers, the bag for hand soap etc. Location near to many good restaurants and also waking distance to the shopping mall such as Eslite, Taipei Linear Park and 13 minutes to the MRT.

It's pity that the staff were inexperience and lacks courtesy when dealing with customer issues. When asked for late check-out, they basically denied and cited full capacity but if you pay you can extend, which renders the full capacity isn't really the true reason. English proficiency was poor. The front desk and breakfast area were often only manned by one staff. What happened to service with a smile?

It was new. The staff were friendly & attentive. The amenities ( Laundry room / Gym ) were great.

While this is not such a big deal, it could be something that the hotel can pay attention to in the future . Every night , after doing the dishes, in preparation for the next morning’s breakfast, all the plates and glasses are left facing up, which means, the next morning, we ended up with a couple of dead mosquitoes in our glasses + orange juice. Either cover all the glasses/plates with a cloth or keep them facing down. When I pointed it out, the staff profusely apologized and replaced all the glasses and orange juice. Again , not a big deal, but for a place aiming for top of the line service, these small details count.

Clean and comfortable stay with good sized rooms. The free shared laundry amenities were great to have for a long stay during the warmer months. Friendly staff, location convenient (10min walk) to blue, green and red MRT lines, easy to get almost anywhere in Taipei.

Quite a lot of street construction going on at the moment nearby so not the nicest area to walk around but also not too troublesome.

the hotel was great.. we had the premium king and it even have a washing machine.. the extra space was great.. good supply of drinks and water daily Staff was friendly n helpful

Location...The location was a bummer as the property is in the middle of taipei main station and zhongshan station..either way its 15mins walk and the pillow can be better

The room was really clean and fittings are very new! Loved the free mini-bar, the bathroom with the bathtub and all the amenities provided. Smart TV had Netflix and a great sound system. Located in a quieter street in the Zhongshan district, but it was convenient to walk to various areas or take public transport to wherever we needed to go.

Could have had firmer pillows, but we did not manage to check in with the hotel if they had it. Window looks out to the gap to the next building so not much of a view.

The staffs there are really good, they even went to check with us several times if we need any housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and temperature controls are good. Not to mention there is a smart TV there for us to take a break at night.

Nothing, I am very pleased with this stay and might choose this again when I visit Taipei in the future.

It's a short walk to Zhongshan Station which is very convenient for visiting many tourist areas due to a direct line (Ximen, Taipei 101, Tamsui, Shilin, etc). Facilities were above expectation, beds were comfortable and staff were very helpful. Shower and toilet was clean and comfortable. Nearby, there are many fast food stores and convenient stores open 24/7.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a free room upgrade to one that was huge and very comfortable! It’s very modern and clean with good public transport links nearby (bus, MTR etc)

The water pressure in the bath and shower was very low. The view from the window wasn’t great (looking across into another hotel), the TV remote didn’t work properly.
