Great location. All the staffs are responsive and friendly. Surrounded with 7-11, Family Marts, restaurants. 400 m from Shuanglian MRT station. 700 m from Shin Kong Mitsukosi Nanxi Store. Hotel prepared some snacks, coffee, teas, jelly, instant noodles at Basement common area for guests to eat and drink.

Not convenient for elderly as the shower area needs to climb over a step. We stay for 6 nights. First 2 nights, we were arranged to stay at Level 6 which the room with carpet. Room a bit aged. I requested to changed as I had allergies. 3rd night, the hotel staffs moved us to renovated room at Level 2 with wooden floor. The lift a bit small, during check out time will be pack.

It has private sauna in the bathroom, and in the basement there is massage chair, free snack and coffee machine, and we can rent nintendo switch (but there is only 1 for the whole hotel and we could not bring it back to our room)

The photos on the internet did not match with the real property (but they were still good tho). And the air flow of the AC was not good, some part close to the AC was cold, and another part was warm (the room was like L-shaped), while the main bed was in the part far from the AC so it was uncomfortable (another side bed was close to AC, if we make the AC strong for the main bed, it will be too cold for the person sleeping on the side bed)

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were helpful and spoke good English. The location is perfect - close to MRT, convenient stores etc. There's also a basement with snacks and games available.

It was loud both from the street noise and some sort of pump working 24/7. The hotel provides earplugs but there's pretty much no soundproofing at all and traffic noise is present all the time as the hotel is on one of the main streets. That being said I am under the impression that this is standard situation for middle range hotels in Taipei and I'm not sure it's possible to find a quiet one located relatively central...

Rooms are exactly as advetised. I saw a couple of Google reviews and was initially hesistant, but after arriving and checking in, I must say that everything was clean and fine. The bathroom's water pressure is really good, and the toilets are equipped with bidets and a seat warmer (which was perfect since it was really cold outside) Staff at the reception was also friendly and was kind enough to meet our request for more pillows. The pantry at basement level was a nice surprised as it was fully stocked with snacks and beverages. Location was perfect! Very near to Shuanglian MRT station. this is a huge plus

Bed mattress was softer than usual, so we woke up to a slightly sore back. But we eventually got used to it. The rooms are not as sound proof as it needed to be, so we could hear people talking from the next room. Though the hotel do provide complimentary ear plugs for guests.

Everything. It’s closed to the metro Red line and many bus lines. Laundry room is nice and clean. You can exchange the coins at the front desk to use the washer and dryer. A snack room where snacks, coffee and tea are served until midnight. Very relaxing with a massage chair and nice music. Water bottles are provided every day even you don’t ask for cleaning service. Staff is good in English. They are always at the front desk to greet us so we feel welcome and safe. Kao, a receptionist is kind and helpful. We received a gift when we checked out.

I like the location just 3 blocks for the nearest MRT station (Shuanglian), its also great to walk around and enjoy the local vibes, not far away from Taipei Main Station and the red line can be used to reach out to Taipei 101 station, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station or Xianshan station just to enumerate some of the potential attractions you must visit. Also a walking distance to other areas such as Dihua Street or Zhongshan, the property is great for the value and the vicinity is calm with the local vibes, street food, nearby 7/11, Family Mart and local stores.

My only comment here it could be related to the iron, it should provided and avoiding the hassle to go down everytime, but thats manageable. Overall was a great experience.

Great location. Easily accessible by train and taxi from many stations in Taipei City. My room was spacious and tidy. They had free water, snacks, condom, noise canceller ear plugs, and include hand sanitizer and shampoo in their rooms, have towels and slippers- and my room came with a great theme too. Staff are very kind and multilingual. My room was super cold but staff quickly helped once I asked them.

You can't pay in advance. This wasn't the hotel's fault but I forgot to bring extra money so I had to use an ATM to make up for the cost of buying things after paying for my room. I'd recommend bringing 20,000TWD minimum for the stay, as this hotel does cost quite a bit of TWD. Also, this is not as relevant but-learning a bit of Chinese Mandarin is really necessary to survive in Taiwan. They can speak English but people are friendlier if you speak in their language.

The hotel has coin operated washer and dryer which is very convenient for travellers . I don't have to lug back home whole family's dirty clothes . I just have to set aside an hour plus to do laundry at night . It's a small hotel . It comes with basic amenities that you would expect to come with .

The lift is very slow . Most of the time , I'll walk up to my room on 2nd floor or down 2 floors to the basement to do laundry . The dryer is preset at 40mins . If the laundry is still damp , like those with thick waistband and jeans material jacket or long pants , you have to dry 1 more time another 40mins again . Which might end up 2hrs doing laundry . Just take note .

The hotel gets a lot of Japanese visitors, so staying here is a kind of cross-cultural experience - including space age Japanese toilet seats and bedroom walls covered in MajiMeow murals: my children were thrilled. Rooms are large, wifi is good, there is tea and a kettle in the room. There are also numerous useful things offered in the public basement: washers and driers (for a small fee) plus free video games, tea and coffee, desserts and cereal. It has a young vibe. Convenient location for the city centre and MRT. Very helpful staff.

Some of the corner rooms have spotty wifi.

The location was very strategic and close to the MRT which is a great plus. There are many cafes and convenient stores within walking distance. The night market is also a walking distance from there. Easily access property and staff is very helpful. They reach out to me upon arrival and ensure everything was good. We enjoyed the facility at the property, especially the laundry machine and the free coffee jelly. Despite booking a room for 4, the room was spacious enough and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place to stay whenever you want to explore the Taipei and Taiwan.
