Location is great lot of food choices outside and a tea store infront of entrance, Clean Room and great common area. Love the Laundry Coin! The Vegetable Pancake is a must try in my opinion :)

Very hot. Impossible to open windows, because there is no windows. It would be a problem if there is air condition. Bu it didn't work, and there was nobody at the reception in the night to ask for help

Near MRT station and city centre. Small private room compliment with towel. Bonus as provided many plugpoints.

Overall good as long as your room is not near the restroom.

Location is great, very close to Taipei main station. The staff were friendly and accommodating as I had a late check in. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, there was an AC unit in the room. I had a basement single room with a shared bathroom but the bathroom was very clean. They have luggage storage as well. I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.

The place was so clean. Though the room we got has no windows but still it is so clean and homie. The place is like a walk for about a minute or 2 from the main station. So easy to navigate and there’s a lot of food shops and convenient store around.

It’s small but what matters the most is, the place is very tidy even the bathroom.

This hotel is very close to Taipei Train Station (about 5 mins walk) so it's quite easy to access. The room is quite small like a capsule hotel but overall is quite comfortable and cozy. The room doors are manually locked so you won't need to carry along your room key if you're just going to the washroom which is just a few minutes time.

The bathroom was quite small so it's a little easy to get your clothes wet when you're showering. The room itself has a funny smell, maybe because that it's in the basement and do not have any windows. It would be better if the hotel can do something with the ventilation.

The bed was very comfy. I was there for a week and had a free cleaning service -I greatly appreciated this. Shared bathrooms were cleaned at least once a day. The receptionists were all lovely.

My only complaint was the loud AC and it also struggled to turn on often, I found it very frustrating to use. In the cheapest possible room, it does feel a bit like a cell (no windows as it's basement level and its very small), but I was not there for long so it did not bother me much.

- If you arrive earlier or have flight in the evening, you can leave your luggage and come back later - large, nice bathroom (dryers, shampoos, towels) - comfortable beds and very important to me - clean and fresh bedding - nice and helpful staff at the reception - washing machine and dryer available (for an additional fee) - large living room, table, armchairs, clean (!) microwave, fridge for guests - very good location - lots of street food, shops, close to the metro station - very efficient contact via booking.com

- air conditioning in each room should be better maintained/cleaned

The common area was clean and comfortable, the rooms are really small but cozy.

Would be great if they installed a few more clothes hooks and/or shelves for storing items and wet towels though. Didn’t have room to keep my carry on suitcase open and open the door at the same time. The showers were full of flying insects (not sure what kind exactly), they were on all of the walls of the shower stall and on the floor/door etc. Luckily they seemed to only appear inside the shower stalls and more right after busy hours.

I wouldn't recommend if you're claustrophobic, as the room is absolutely tiny and there's no windows, but as long as you're not bothered by that then it's a fabulous place to stay. Very easy to check in/check out and helpful staff. I found the bed extremely comfy and the room well setup, was perfect for a solo traveler.

The room can get hot, even in the winter, but since you have a personal ac unit, it was a quick problem to solve
