Kids room, family friendly swimming pool with waterfall, open air hot spring, and free bike rental service. My family including the seniors had a blast in the hotel. The morning walks to nearby attractions organized by the hotel was also very nice.

The quality of food in general could improve more. Breakfast buffet had lots of options but the taste was mediocre. Often times you see some popular dishes are empty for a long time at the buffet bar.

Beautiful property and very kid friendly. The rooms were clean and huge for a family of 4 (2 little ones) and a fantastic bathroom with a hot spring bath tub! They even prepped the room with kid friendly items like a step tool for the sink, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush and a Nintendo switch! Drinks and snacks were complementary in the room. In the main building, the kids playroom was a hit and allowed our kids to play when they wanted - it included a small outdoor area which was nice for the kids to shoot some basketball and run around more. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread, although the selection was similar every day (we stayed for 3 nights), there was so much food that we were able to eat different things everyday. The service was also on point throughout stay, every one was friendly and accommodating. We will return.

Love the design of the room as it feels modern. Room was clean and well equipped. Mini bar was well stocked and free of charge. Showering amenities are from Malin+Goetz and which was a bonus since I really liked that brand! There was also a good spread at the breakfast buffet. Their indoor and outdoor playground for children is well maintained and they even provide activities (e.g. train / car rides) at certain time of the day. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

We requested for connecting rooms and only found out that their so-called connecting rooms are actually 2 separate rooms at the end of the hallway, which can be separated from other guests by an extra door in the hallway. In the end, we did not use that extra door at the hallway because of safety reasons as we did not want to be "isolated" from other guests in case of emergency. This was alittle disappointing as we were expecting the usual connecting rooms where we could move to each others room easily.

It's a thoughtful and extremely kids friendly hotel. I travelled with my 4yo and 2yo and they enjoyed themselves. There is an indoor and outdoor playground and free movie screening in the evening. In the afternoon, the kids can ride on the kids train and also drive their own battery cars. As my daughter is too young to drive the car herself, they even have remote control type for my husband to control the car. They had so much fun riding on the train as well. They also have a gaming area on the first floor with playstation and many more. Our rooms come with breakfast and dinner and the variety spread from the buffet (especially dinner) is more that what we expected. As we stayed there for two nights, they even have special Japanese or Western set meal for us to choose from on the second night. The rooms are clean and the hot spring that comes with the room is a bonus. My kids enjoy soaking themselves in it before bed. Overall it's a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend for families especially those with small kids.

My father stayed in the room to be close to the grandkids. His king room was very spacious and located in the main building. The breakfast buffet and drinks in the room being included in the room price were very nice. The bed and hot spring bathtub was very comfortable, he really enjoyed his stay.

The location is great, within walking distance to the main street. The breakfast spread was good and the service staff were friendly and hospitable. Excellent facilities and the premises are clean and well-kept. The rooms are spacious, clean, bright and comes with all the amenities including free mini bar. Great for families travelling with young kids. The staff have bright and beautiful smiles!

MU is family friendly hotel. Lots of kids facilities as well as video games accommodating for teenagers and young adults. Very friendly pool and hot spring pools.

Nice hotel, new, plenty of facilities for kids. Family friendly. Good location within Jiaoxi. Japanese style rooms are lovely and well appointed.

There are two hotel buildings. Main building is nicer than the Reserve building so just worth checking where your room is located.

Love the high end touches and feel of the hotel. Bed and room space were very comfortable. international buffet breakfast the location was also quite central and walking distance to convenience stall and nearby shops.

Everything. The outdoor spring water pool & the gym that I love the most. The staff is amazing. When we requested some room service, they came right away.

The bed is a bit soft for us. But it's okay, not too bad.
