The room was extremely spacious and comfortable and food was amazing. They make you confirm a breakfast timeframe but you can always head down earlier/later to see if there's space. The buffet options were incredible. Everything tasted amazing! It's also walking distance to the shopping/dining area so you're not confined to the hotel.

Our room included a private hot spring bath tub, but the view is of the building across the street so...not much of a view. We kept the blinds down. The hot spring on the roof was also a bit underwhelming because I'd thought there would be more pools than just one hot and one cold.

The plates served both in dinner and breakfast were all amazingly well made. You can feel how much effort the restaurant did to design and arrange the presentation of different dishes. I’m amazed at the first glance, and even more after taking the bite. One will find western and eastern cooking culture in their breathtaking buffet restaurant. Totally amazing, as an overseas Taiwanese, I would say this is the first place I’ll recommend for international visitors.

The restaurants here will simply make you eat way too much. You won’t leave the table without your stomach 120% filled.

Such a great food In breakfast ( would give 5 stars)and enjoyed the buffet ice cream, coffee and drink bar in 5f of swimming / spa pool. super clean in spa and roof hot spring.

Sleeping on the floors for Japanese type room, is too hard for me(to stiff). Should select the western type of room next time. And the noise of water horse room is bothering me as well, especially at night

Travelled from Sydney, Australia. Loved the built in high quality Hot Springs in my room. Option to attend meditation class, yoga classes & hot stone treatment at this hotel. Bed in room very comfortable. There is also gym facilities and the staff are super polite. We also got a free shuttle bus to the train station. Highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful stay The springs are wonderful, the swimming pool is great temperature. The ice cream is delicious. Great location, had a lovely relaxing stay

It would be great if they had alternative lunch and dinner options. We didn’t eat at the hotel but if we wanted a snack there wasn’t an option

The room hotspring with mountain views is heaven. The bed on one side was comfortable. The fruit, snacks and drinks were really nice.

The set-time for breakfast. We came down late, and we had to eat in 30 minutes because we had a "set" time. It was really unenjoyable. The king bed was 2 beds pushed together. That really isn't comfortable or necessary.

The hot spring tub and views from the room are amazing.

Pillows are too soft. I wish they can provide the options for firm pillows. The bathroom room door at the toilet is see through which it's inconvenient for family with kids.

Beautiful room with a huge in-room hot spring bath with a view. Many amenities including robe/pants sets, slippers, snacks and drinks, even wine. Breakfast buffet had extensive selection. Many kid activities and the hot spring/pool area was wonderful.

Dinner buffet was okay, but it seemed like the selection was actually better at breakfast.
