Very helpfull staff - nice garden - nice and plentiful food

I liked the rooms at the swimming pool (I stayed in September) more, the room I stayed this time was closer to the road I think and there was some traffic noice, even at night. I don't remember to have heard that last September.....

All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Best service we had at the restaurant out of all the hotels we stayed in Tanzania. Hot water bag were provided in the room without needing to ask so the bed was very warm when we go to sleep.

Though the dinner menu has only one set dinner option, anything else on the menu takes ~30mins to cook. Also the wifi is only good near the office, and in the morning, when the office is not open the wifi is no available. The phone has very poor signal in the hotel area as well.

I had a few minor issues but staff took notice and I was satisfied with their response. Just be aware that they don’t book any tours or really guide you in any direction to do so. You need to do this yourself to find independent operators.

The food was delicious, about the best I had in Africa, on safari or hotel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. For example, I forgot something in my room when I left. The taxi driver called, and when we arrived back at the hotel, a fellow was waiting at the gate with my stuff. I also liked the quiet.

There could be more lighting. My bedside table lamp stopped working and there wasn't much light in the room. Wifi in the room would be good too, but maybe that is difficult. It was available in the main building. A room with comfortable chairs would be good; it got a bit chilly at night outside! It's further off the main road than I thought, and further from the airport.

We had a lovely stay at Meru view. The rooms were very clean and the property is beautiful in amongst the nature with beautiful flowers and birds in the area. The food was good and the staff were very accommodating when we needed some packed lunch for safaris.

It says that you can pay by card but when we went to pay we couldn't. We didn't have cash and then had to arrange payment later which was slightly inconvenient.

The staff were all fantastic. They were polite and so very helpful. Food was plentiful.

Payment in cash was very inconvenient given Arusha's temperamental auto banks. No excuse for WiFi being so weak 5 metres from the router. Telephone number on booking.com is wrong.

Amazing place to stay if you want to do trips around Arusha (Meru Kikuletwa hot springs, etc),. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is goooood! We loved all the plants and flowers on the domain, it is well maintained. The beer garden is a great place to enjoy some drinks and meet other travelers. Most comfortable bed we ever slept in, with additional blanket which is nice as it can get cold.

Cold shower with low water pressure, pool was under treatment during our stay (3 days, mid June), wifi issues

The staff are exceptionally helpful and the food is the best we had in Tanzania

The gateman is sometimes slow to let you in. One time we had to get out and let ourselves in as there was no one on duty.
