I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to accommodate any requests. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. Breakfast was included and freshly prepared on the spot, which I personally find much better than a buffet. The fresh fruit and juices were a real treat! Thank you for the excellent service.

The only area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi in the rooms. The internet connection was not very reliable, which was a bit inconvenient as I was traveling for work and had online meetings. There is, however, a workspace available on the 10th floor where the internet works well, but it would be great if the coverage was strong throughout the entire property.

Lovely hotel overlooking Mount Meru. Room was modern, spacious, and well equipped with all essentials. The staff throughout the hotel were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfasts at the rooftop resturant was good. I will recommend having dinner there as well. They make fresh homemade pasta from scratch and tasty burgers. The gym at this hotel is one of the best gym I been to in Arusha. Amazing facilities, top equipment and great environment. I will highly recommend trying a session with Abu Quintine that works there. He is a knowledgeable instructor that offers sessions within fitness and martial arts. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Arusha. Will be back to this place soon!

The staff gave us a welcome drink that was delicious. It was our honeymoon but we mentioned until we arrived and once we mention they gave us a better room. The room was quite big, impecable and we could see the city from our room and Mt Meru. The breaks fast it’s included, it is not a buffet but they have a menu and it was incredible and fast. Since our flight was a couple hours after the checkout we asked for a late check out and it wasn’t a problem for them, so it was a big favor for us.

The hotel restaurant is a bit slow in terms of cooking the dishes but I saw the same in other restaurants in Tanzania so maybe it is common to wait more than in my country

The Sanna Boutique Hotel is located very central in Arusha with several restaurants reachable by foot. The Gym is a 10/10 Gym with all necessary Equipment and high quality machines (similar to a premium gym in europe but a little bit smaller) aswell as Heavy Dumbbells (up to 50Kg) and enough weight plates. It also has an underground parking garage included. The staff was very nice and our stay was comforting. The room is very big and includes all essentials and even a smart TV. The view from the rooftop is great! We had only breakfast included but it was very good. Also it was possible to get it on the go. We highly recommend this hotel if you are starting your trips to the national parks in Arusha and search for a nice, comforting place to stay. Shoutout to the very friendly Security Gabriel!

Nothing really to complain. The parking garage is a little bit too small for safari cars and you have to be very careful. Also the arrows on the ground are confusing as you can reach the top of the garage very easily if you drive the wrong way.

An excellent, modern hotel in a central location. This has huge rooms, with all the conveniences; comfortable beds, large bathroom, cable TV with many channels . There is a restaurant and bar on the roof, with a nice mixture of western and local cuisine; tasty meals and good value for money. And the staff are absolutely first rate; friendly, efficient and so helpful. They organised a pickup and dropoff to the airport, a driver who took me to Duluti Lake when I wanted to go there for a hike, even someone to come to the hotel to help me set up a local sim card for my phone. Outstanding service!

The views from this hotel is spectacular. You get a great view of mount meru on the restaurant level. This hotel has the best gym i have ever experienced at a hotel. Every strength equipment u can imagine is there some even my regular home gym didn’t have. Customer service is spectacular, i was initially placed below the restaurant and that was a bit loud with the dragging of furniture. I mentioned it at check out and Prince upgraded my room on my stay after safari and comped my dinner. The other staff members i encountered were extremely courteous and friendly. 10/10 on customer service. The restaurant servings were huge although a little expensive compared to other local restaurants and very heavily western menu. But the meals were always tasty. Room was clean and the space quite large for a hotel room.

Wifi was moderate, it kept dropping at times in the room. But always was strongest in the restaurant. For a new hotel only a year old the shower and carpet are showing some wear and tear already. Avoid rooms directly below the restaurant (13th floor) if you’re sensitive to noise.

Giant room, nice view, onsite restaurant bathrobes and slippers, great location, small spa. We stayed here after climbing Kilimanjaro and doing a safari so spent our time relaxing in the room, enjoying a massage and the onsight restaurant. The location seems good to explore the area but we didn't do that. We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us to pay $20.00 and check out at 6:00 pm which was so nice after 12 days of activities. Would recommend.

Everything was great and would stay again. Hotel rooms are part of a larger building that includes other businesses so the vibe is a little different than a standard hotel.

The room itself was spacious, clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, there were a few inconveniences.

The shower had limited warm water, so after my friend used it, I had to wait before getting enough warm water again, which was a bit unpleasant. We also struggled with the light switches and found them confusing, as there were no clear instructions. Additionally, the room door was tricky to figure out, and it seemed like it could be opened without the key card, which left us feeling a bit unsure about security. Aside from these issues, we had an overall good stay

The staff were very attentive and accommodating. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows. There was good AC and hot water. The restaurant staff were also great and there was a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. The restaurant is located on the rooftop where there is awesome views of Mt. Meru. There is an awesome coffee and snack cafe on the ground floor. The gym is state of the art with everything anyone will need for a work out or aerobic session. There are also knowledgeable trainers on site.

It was a little confusing finding the Hotel if you don't know the area. The hotel is located in a shared building. But it wasn't really a problem.

Beautiful, bright and huge room. Impeccably clean. Super comfy bed. The twin bed is actually a twin and a half. The food in the rooftop restaurant is simple but delicious. Excellent staff responsiveness. Very accommodating (allowed late checkout).

No shelf in shower to put personal toiletries. Limited hot water for shower. No mini fridge. The two chairs in the room were not the type you could relax in. High tech light switches would have been great if they weren’t located behind the headboard, requiring you to get up to turn off the lights.
