Bedroom, bathroom and lounge clean and comfortable. Dinner available in owners house. Meal was delicious and tasty at a low cost. Owner Aileen friendly and welcoming. Well-stocked fridge for drinks. Water provided. Close to airport. Pick-up from airport provided by taxi for a fee.

Didn't provide a kettle in kitchen for tea and coffee. No milk provided. No crockery or cutlery. Le Parlour a distance from shops and facilities. You would need to take a taxi or tuk tuk to explore area including springs nearby. This should be noted.

Very friendly staff, key feature is price much cheaper than other hotels with it looking cosmetically good online, good prompt pickup and drop from airport, can make food when needed at decent price, feels safe

Only one issue really was bathroom- water pressure was bit low and taps water comes out bit narrow/squirt, sometimes there was a bit of a smell from the drain next to toilet, these however are not major when taking into consideration the price it's very good value as otherwise overall clean and decent stay would go again

Close to the airport (need a taxi of course). My flight arrived at night (like 8-9pm) but welcomed well. Felt safe. Quiet at night. Could see the Mt.Kilimanjaro. Several homemade breakfast options. Private bathroom. Host was very kind and friendly!

I understood it was because of the location, but I saw a huge insect in my room which scared me. No divider in the showeroom so water went over a toilette. Need flipflops to take a shower. Didn't feel super clean there.

one of the nearest and the cleanist place near to Kilimanjero airport, even the place is in the nature there no bug or any flies during our stay. Large bed, clean bathroom, a/c, good breakfast and the manager Aileen; she was great to all visitors, she cook by herself to us even she wasn’t have to and try to help all the time. You can have some drinks and spent time at the common area with tv, superb wifi, GREAT comfort sofa and feel like home.

Very organized we were a party of 11 and Eileen had bags and guests assigned quickly and explained everything well. Home cooked dinner was delicious and breakfast was great too. Shuttle was on time and adequate.

Our shower had no pressure, more if a drip drip and sink slow drain. Minor issues. Also, rented by rooms so some in our party stayed with another couple we did not know. Not a problem we just didn't know that would happen.

The hosts were fantastic and helped us arranging (complicated) airport transfers to fair prices. They also prepared us dinner, since there is literally nothing around the location. Communication was flawless and even card payment was possible. Don't expect much of the location. It's a very good location if you need to travel from the airport early in the morning. Apart from that, there is nothing to do in the area.

The bathroom is a bit weary and it took very long to warm up a bit of warm water for the shower. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. This is a small family run place near to the airport that serves it's purpose

Each room is an apartment with a kitchen and a living room -- two couples or a family can easily share one unit. Breakfast is included, and lunch and dinner can be ordered at a good price (dinner was $7, beers $2). You'll have excellent dinnertime conversation with Le Parlour's very friendly owner. If you have a car, the location is great -- right on the main highway between Arusha and Moshi, a few miles from Mt Kilimajaro to the northeast and Kilimajaro Airport to the southwest. It is also convenient to the Kikuletwa Hot Springs. Airport pickup and dropoff is offered at a good price. And I found it very easy to get around without a car, also. I arrived here via the Arusha-Moshi public bus (the bus driver dropped me off within 200 metres of Le Parlour), and after dropping my bags at the hotel I easily flagged down a tuk-tuk on the highway to take me to the hot springs (this is MUCH cheaper than any guided tour from Arusha or Moshi). I also arranged a delightful village homestay with Machambe Nkweshoo Cultural Tourism on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, and they sent a car to pick me up. Le Parlour let me leave most of my luggage at the hotel for free while I did the homestay.

The owner was incredibly friendly and on top of everything. They take mosquito avoidance very seriously - which we appreciated. We had to come back to Tanzania last minute and the owner accommodated us, including transportation to and from the airport at very early hours. She even made us dinner late at night and talked to us about our journey! We will never forget how kind the people of Tanzania - especially at this place - were to us.

Breakfast was tasty and good. Hotel staff can arrange transport to Chemka or Kikuletwa hot springs (due to road conditions only tuk-tuk (threeweeler) is available). Hotel can also arrange transport to/from airport and one day trip to Materuni waterfalls in Moshi and coffee tour on better prices either you can find in the internet. The only problem - hotel is little bit far from Moshi town and is used mostly by passengers coming from/to Kilimanjaro airport. Hotel can also arrange late night pick-up from the airport for flights, arriving at night and also good dinner is available (costs about 10 USD). Very quiet at night due to the hotel location - little far from the main road.

Everything was OK.

We arrived last night after coming from Zanzibar and stayed one night at Le Parlour. We were very well received and everything was in place so that we could rest immediately after our arrival. Nice and comfortable accommodation. Home made and tasty breakfast. The next day we had to wait for our rental car and we were allowed to stay after our check out time which we appreciated a lot.
