This was one of the best resort we stayed at during our trip. The resort is found in a breathtaking location, but some miles away from the main road. The owner will arrange for someone to drop you off along the beach from 9am to 9pm, and you can easily get a grab for 100 bhat to come back to the hotel. The room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed. Although you will have to expect an old style with it to match that of a chalet. The bathroom as well is a wet room. But overall it was okay. In addition, absolutely all the staff were amazing. The reception lady is fluent in english, so she will be able to help you out with any information. In terms of noises, in exception to the nature you won't get disturb at night.

A pretty resort in serene surroundings. This was my second visit. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They help with booking tours, arranging laundry, renting a bike, etc. The restaurant was also wonderful, providing me vegetarian food. It is an ideal location to spend a relaxing day, or explore Krabi from. This resort is a little away from the downtown area, but the resort provides drop service 4/5 times a day to Ao Nang town.

Great place in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It’s not in the main hub but I think that what makes it special. Free transfer to major drop offs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good and inexpensive.

We stayed here for 4 nights. View from our bungalow was beautiful. So gorgeous and peaceful here. Really was on of the parts of our stay in krabi. Staff was lovely, lady who runs it was really lovely and do anything she could to help. They also take you down on tuk tuk when want to go to market or beach.

Very peaceful location a bit out of the way from Ao Nang. We hired a scooter directly from the hotel which made getting around easy. One way drop off provided for free otherwise. Tours can pick you up from there as well. Friendly staff and nice restaurant.

All was great except getting woken up by a loud lawn mower on our last day. No mosquito nets which was surprising given we are at a lake.

The family were so friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfy. I would definitely stay again as even though it is a small bit away from the town there is a free taxi to drop you in which is very nice.

Oh it was amazing! Perfect view, the owners are super super kind. There is also a restaurant with amazing food. We ate pancakes for breakfast and they were delicious :) Swimming pool with best view ever. The hotel provide transfer to the center, where you can find lots of shops, night market, cafes

A lovely secluded spot and oasis away from Ao Nang. The staff are friendly and help with tours. The breakfast and food in the restaurant are exceptional.

Nothing - it was perfection

We have a lovely 7 night stay at Baan Nai. Ayeesha was fabulous and everyone was so friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. We stayed in the villa by the pool and also in a villa overlooking the lake. Both are very comfortable with nice firm mattresses, very clean with lots of hot water for the shower. The resort is very well cared for and loved and has a beautiful family feel. We rented a motorbike through Baan Nai which we used every day - about £7 a day for a 125. It made getting about really easy. Laundry is charged at 50 baht a kilo and well worth it. We ate in the restaurant on 3 occasions and it was very good - good amount of spice and heat. Good breakfasts too and they will arrange an early breakfast for you if you need to leave before 8am for a trip. The small pool is lovely to cool off in. We went out and about quite a bit and really enjoyed the Dragon Crest walk. The guide books said it’s 8k but we used the app Strava to track it and it was 16k. It’s not a technical walk but it is really steep, full of boulders and tree roots so you have to have a fairly good level of fitness to do it. The views are worth the ascent! Don’t bother with the Pond - it was a large puddle and full of mozzies (in January). We didn’t get time to go to the waterfall. We went to Tub beach afterwards which was pretty and really quiet - no noisy long tails going up and down the beach relentlessly so that was fab. We had a quick lunch at the Sunset Restaurant on the beach. For one main, rice, a Sprite and water it was £9. Expensive but we were tired from the walk so just went to the nearest restaurant to get fed.The main was good and tasty. During our stay we also visited Tiger Caves. Fabulous views at the top in the temple and the caves are worth a look around too. Ao Nang wasn’t our sort of thing. It’s really touristy, loud and very expensive when compared to Krabi town. We did one boat tour - the Hong Islands boat tour busy and touristy - not for us and not worth it.

It was so nice to be out of Ao Nang in this little oasis!

I did see a few cockroaches, which is unfortunately probably a given in a bungalow, and I could hear rats scurrying outside and I think in the roof at night.
