i loved the staff, the accommodation and the spa was exceptional

The beach was clean but the sea was very dirty and we could not swim in in comfortably.

The room was well appointed and the property was well maintained and had fabulous staff. The tree top restaurant had exceptional staff and first class views.

The room was small for the price point

The resort is beautiful. It has a private beach. Everywhere you walk around the hotel, all the staff would greet you. They are all very friendly here, which makes you feel so welcome and special . The housekeeper cleans our room twice daily, and the pool is always clean. Breakfast is very delicious, they have a different choices every day. I don't normally write reviews but this is one of the best place in Koh Samui. I would definitely come back to stay at this resort

The staff at the hotel are so accommodating and really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. In particular Mint and Alex went above and beyond. The location of the hotel is so convenient far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the local town which is also great to dip in and out of , fabulous local Thai restaurant and good clean massage establishments in short walking distance. Big shout out to Kato Kate’s the best Thai food we have ever had and so inexpensive.

There are certain areas including restaurant areas that certainly need renovation but this is all going ahead over the next 3 months , we can’t wait to visit again and see the transformations.

Once you step into the hotel you immediately feel a sense of zen and tranquility. All the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. They even prepared a nice decoration and small cake to celebrate our honeymoon and birthday. Service is top notch and every time we ask for something they wil attend to it quickly. Also enjoyed the buggy service to go around the hotel although walking is not too far as well. The breakfast spread was really good and it’s such a charm to eat by the beach and listen to the waves. I’ll return again definitely

Very quaint, village style environment but the compound is big, pools and breakfast/eating areas and the gym are quite a distance fr our rooms and when it rains, we need to call and wait for the buggy. The place is clean and well-equipped.

The location is not great, far from eateries and attractions, the roads are not ideal for walking. You have to cab to go anywhere, even to the Eranda Spa up the hill which is about 100m away only.

I love how efficient the staff is and everyone is very helpful and kind very hard working

My pool suite didnt have that much sunlight even though i requested a room with more sun, we had a man removing a palm tree infront of our suite so were not sure if it was done for our sake or he was randomly working at the time we arrived. That was the only sad part about my stay i couldnt enjoy the pool since it was too small of sunlight i stayed in the shade for 7 days Also the weather was cloudy so there was little benefit to having a pool with no open area to relax I would not recommend the pool suite for honeymooners There is no sofa space inside as well so i felt cery cramped I asked for an upgrade to the room but nobody informed me about it the entire stay, i assumed its fully booked but it should have been courtesy to call and tell me there was no rooms

everything from the nice polite staff especially sunny who helped us a lot with the activities bookings and weather forecast, also the spa staff they are professional and so nice, they have lot of new treatments including cannabis-infused treatment, Shirodhara, Himalayan massage and aloe vera soothing after sun exposure massage, the food was delicious, the place was clean and neat, location superb near mall and airport, the beach is nice, the yoga instructor was also superb

make sure to bring mosquito repellent
