I was in a Bungalow, a lot of space and everything seemed to be new. Friendly staff, also at the bar. Nice Beach with loungers infront, good Restaurant and cocktails. Very good location, if you want be near to everything, but still have some quiter place to go.

The Bungalows are very near too each other. They had to change my lock and I wasn't informed or had a notice on the door, no problem after checking with staff but I was confused. The staff was very keen on getting money after I got a cocktail at the bar and didn't payed immediately, maybe they should be told to relax with hotels guests.

The hotel was very clean en the staff really are doing their best. The hotel is quiet and the beach is nicely integrated with the hotel. easy access to the nightlife area by foot, while having the rest in the hotel.

Breakfast could be better. I missed cheese and meat. I booked over booking .com and it was ok not to pay in advance but 3 days later I received a request for my personal email to send me a paylink in order to pay in advance or they would cancel the room.

Beachfront villa the furniture are old, dirty, full of stains and worn out. Not a villa but just a room Furniture is old and cheap The doors are closed by a latch that can easily be opened It’s not a villa because no kitchen. Is just a room There is no lock on the balcony. So dogs and other oeolle can enter it and sleep there The water in the bathroom runs poorly Very bad breakfast and full of flies Prices are ridiculous Cocktails are filled with water and ice and if you want it stronger you have to pay an additional 150 bath

The location is great, beautiful beach front, and walking distance to the central Samui. There are lots of shops, eateries nearby. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable beds. Staff are friendly and diligent, keeping the rooms, facilities clean. Breakfast is good, has a good range of foods.

Great location just on the edge of main street, so everything accessible but far enough away to ensure a good nights sleep. Rooms were really good, nice and clean and very comfortable. Must say the cleaning maids move like lightning, pop out for 10 minutes and your room is done , all credit to them .

The place has a superb location and a wonderful beach with a really nice bay bit what spoilt it for me and its no fault of the hotel was the fact that the sea in the bay had so much discarded plastic, crisp wrappers, sticking plasters and waste water bottles. If all the hotels on this bay could address this problem it really would be perfect. I will definitely return here.

Very good position and hotel, plenty of beds on beach and by pool, restaurant food and drink prices very reasonable.excursion shop right outside for trips and bikes. Not linked to the hotel but good guy.

Would have been nice if they could keep the pool water a bit colder so you had somewhere to cool off, as the sea water was like a hot bath (nothing they can do about that i guess) 🤣. No hand wash provided in the bathroom.

The staff at this resort was so lovely we were greeted by lovely receptionist who was so welcoming. She even asked what type of room we wanted. If it would be able to have one on the ground floor or the top floor. She was so accommodating and helpful the breakfast staff were so lovely as well. Such a lovely staff in wanting to make anything better for you.

The only issue regarding card payment as a hotel. It will just be a little bit more easier for international tourists. If they were able to pay with a card in the restaurant it’s not a big issue because you can always pay at the reception later so that’s the only thing that could improve.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Initially planned to stay for two nights but when we got there realised we had to stay longer so extended by five nights. All of the staff were absolutely lovely, bungalows were amazing and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s about a 5/10 minute walk from the main bars/restaurants so means you can easily stroll down the beach there but you’re not annoyed by the noise. Seen a couple of negative reviews about the breakfast but actually when you factor in that you get free coffee and juice then it actually works out cheaper at the hotel, and the omelettes were sensational. We asked for them Thai spicy and they definitely delivered! Would totally recommend and hope to come back one day!

Our stay at Samui Natien Resort was a delightful surprise! We went in with modest expectations, knowing it was a simple hotel, but were genuinely delighted by what we found. The resort is nestled in a quiet and serene spot, with a beautiful garden filled with singing birds each morning – the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. One of the standout features was watching the gardener carefully tending to the plants every day with such love and attention. It truly added a special touch to the atmosphere. While the hotel isn’t a luxury property, it has a lot of charm and character. We will definitely will come back! :)

There are a few small drawbacks – the towels and bed sheets are not new, and the bathroom could use some renovation. However, these were minor details for us and didn't detract from our overall experience.

Loved my stay here , the room was cleaned every day with clean towels replenished , beds made and water replaced. I stayed here alone but felt safe the whole time room was great. It was also a short walk to the beach where there was plenty of sun Loungers.
