Such spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Really liked having a kitchen and fridge. Would definitely stay here again. Super affordable, lovely staff and lovely rooms.

We didn't know we had to ask for the room to be cleaned each day so it wasn't cleaned during our stay.

Located a short walk to the beach,in a quiet location. Staff lovely and welcoming. The food is excellent and really good value.

1. very big room. 1 double bed and 2 singles. They are also pretty large, length wise. 2. cannot get more central than this, at this price range. 3. price to quality ratio. 4. the restaurant had a good offering at very reasonable prices.

1. rarely, if ever, was the reception manned. There was staff at the restaurant that i would go to, however they couldn't help me get a taxi to the airport. Their own words were that they don't have a contact. 2. only 1 key was provided for a group of 3 friends. Made it a bit difficult to access the room when we were doing our own thing and not always hanging together - especially if someone was staying out later partying. For more context the external door to the hotel would also be shut at night (and without 24/7 reception or security). 3. internal decor is starting to show its age.

I would recommend this accomodation, very good restaurant and comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was really nice and helpful. Near beach and 7-eleven - very good location. Thank you!

We really missed some towel/swimming suit rail. When you come from beach, you cannot dry your clothes and towels. Heating ladder in bathroom is very small for family of 4 people.

The location is fantastic, just a few meters far from the gate to Chaweng Beach and within walking distance to the pubs and clubs of the city center. The room is bigger than average and the cleaning is fantastic. But above all, the staff is incredible. The recepcionists are always available to help you in whatever you need. Special mention to Tai who always had a smile on her face and tried to help me in everything I needed. She was fantastic and I hope to see her again soon.

Everything was perfect. I couldn't say anything that disapointed me.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops and beaches. 7/11 across the road and bike rental also across the road. Bed was very comfortable, we had our own kitchen so we could cook food everyday which was great. Felt extremely homely here. They also had a safe box which is always ideal to feel safe with your valuables. Air con was good quality and very quiet which was great.

The WiFi never worked and we stayed here for 5 nights in total. The shower was never warm , so shower was cold everyday. But the pressure of the shower was great !! Overall small complaints and we definitely would stay again.

I booked the standard suite(2. floor) and the room I got was exactly like the room on the photos (except the door to bathroom - mine was wooden). The air condition is modern, silent and worked perfectly. Through the big, modern windows, the room is lightened well. Big fridge, that was not noisy. Water preasure was good and the boiler heated the water to a satisfying temperature. Toilet paper, shampo and shower lotion were provided in the bathroom. The TV has USB and hdmi ports and worked well. Parking slots are provided directly in front of the hotel. 2 minutes walk to the public entrance to Chaweng Beach. Next supermarket (7-11) 2 minutes walk away, too. Lots of restaurants are located around the hotel. Housekeeping cleans the room every day. Bed and pillows are comfortable (please note, the beds in Thailand are harder in general). Manager and staff are very sympathic and friendly.

The wifi in the whole building works very well, except on the table in my room the connection is unstable. The white towels and bedsheets should be bleached more often.

An excellent stay! The well-equipped kitchen and cosy dining area made meal prep and dining a pleasure. The location was relatively quiet yet just a short walk to the town centre. The staff were friendly, and always up for a chat. Highly recommend this welcoming and convenient accommodation!

massive property for the price we paid. only two of us so two extra single beds, also a seating area and kitchen. for what we paid it was a fantastic price. really good value for money. hosts great.

one small issue- we had ants in the room when we arrived. only a small number of small ants (which comes with the territory of having a kitchen)… and once the staff were made aware they came straight up and cleaned the area and they never came back. such a small issue though, and showed how great the staff were to fix quickly.

Everything, I stay there every time, good location, great staff, so friendly and helpful, the owner is a great guy, he's always made me feel at home, can't speak highly enough about this place.

No negative comments at all.
