*We visited for a week over New Year so peak season* The location is ideal if you want to be close to the action, not in it. You can walk along the beach, towards Chaweng, in the evening and stop off at one of the many bars / restaurants to catch a fire show, grab a drink, eat, etc. The property is situated on a quieter part of Chaweng beach which is kept clean by the property staff. You’re a couple of footsteps from the calm sea which is fine for swimming but also have a decent size pool with loungers available at both locations. The bar staff will wait on you so need to move, if that’s your objective. The inclusive breakfast is basic (as mentioned in many of the reviews) however I found it more than adequate. They have a small buffet with a Thai offering (stir fry, rice or noodles), bacon, baked beans, sausage, etc. with an array of bakery goods. There is also a live cooking station doing eggs, noodle soup, pancakes and waffle’s. We had suite 101 with pool access. The pool is shared by a couple of the other ground floor suites but is set out in such a way so as to give you plenty of privacy. The room is a great size with a quality bathroom (shower was awesome) and sliding doors opening up on to a nice covered deck which also got plenty of sun and the private pool access.

The restaurant is very quiet of an evening which I believe is down, in some part, to the overpriced menu. The food isn’t great and the options are fairly limited in comparison to elsewhere. We ate there once because we were too tired to go out and it wasn’t great. Otherwise, I don’t have anything negative to say about the stay.

Boutique Hotel with only 36 rooms and 9 villas (hope I am correct) , is not too noisy, there are lots of space for everyone. Breakfast is basic but is nice. Swimming pools facing the seas. the beach is clean. 12mins Walking distant to the busy street / night market and Mall

The location of the Hotel is at Chaweng Noi beach, it is a bay with swallow seas bed and the wave is block by 2 tiny island just 50m into the seas, hench, you hardly able to hear the soothing sound of the wave hitting the shore

I informed the hotel a week in advance that we will be there on the day to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The hotel indeed prepared a birthday nice cake for us.

The price of the same standard room was almost 4,000 THB cheaper than I booked two weeks ago in advance. I informed the hotel, but they replied there was nothing they do about it, the price was all based the day I made the official booking on booking.com No service or premium room upgrade was offered by the hotel either. There is a big improvement for the breakfast variety and taste.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were great and very helpful. The room was absolutely amazing and very spacious. Would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

We had to change our dates and the hotel staff were not able to help as it was booking.com that needed to support in the date change. There was clearly some confusion on who could accommodate the date change, however the hotel staff still tried their best but booking.com customer support was absolutely awful and because of their extremely poor support we lost a day.

Really nice hotel - wonderful staff: They are truely friendly, helpful und polite. Excellent service, nice hotel area, beautiful beach. The beach is cleaned regularly, and the management ensures that the party-beach-life turns into a more romantic night-life, quiet enough not to disturb the guests of the hotel. The perfect mix.

The hotel management should strive to extend its efforts of cleaning the beach and ensuring a quite, relaxing life in the hotel to its neighbouring bars and hotels: It would be nice it all of the beach was kept clean and relaxing. In the rooms in the main house, the street noice can be heard, but my children (adults) didn't mind. If you are more sensitive with regard to noise, you should choose one of the villa-rooms towards the beach.

Room was clean and nice, pool and beach area are great. Also, nice happy hour. Breakfast was good as well.

Not enough water supply, would have been nice to have free and easy access to drinking water by the pool or at the reception, not only in the rooms. Also, could have been nice to have some kayaks and paddle boards for the guests like the other hotels next door.

The location was lovely and the overall ambiance of the Villas excellent. We had a plunge pool villa which was spacious and well appointed, even if we used the plunge pool only once due to the mosquitos! The Chef's Table restaurant provided an excellent breakfast and all day dining. We were surprised about the lack of patrons for evening dinners, so most nights we had a private restaurant with the most wonderful outlook. Food reasonable but not exceptional. The staff were fantastic and so personable, a highlight of our stay.

The shower drove me crazy, there was only a rain shower which I don't like. There was a hand held spray unit in the spa bath, but that was near impossible to get into without having a major accident. Pillows were uncomfortable and the bed linen hot & too heavy for the temperature. Mosquitos were everywhere, but in the resorts defence, there was plenty of spray provided in the rooms. Pool quite large but not when inundated with lots of kids! Surrounding restaurants outside the facility limited (within walking distance) and some completely missable.

It is great Tai style hotel. Location is perfect at quite part of Chaweng but walking distance to the Chaweng centre. Beach and swimming pool is great. It is clear.

Staff is not 5 star hotel level. They do not treat guests as 5 star quests. English is poor. We upgrade a room and the older lady at reception forced me to go to exchange money and pay immediately! I had to let her know that this is not good welcome and I hope she realized. But it looks to me that mostly of them are not trained profesionals. Hotel interior is also old, that is probably 20 years old hotel with furniture from that period. But rooms are huge and pool rooms are great upgrade.

The room with the private pool is big, beautiful, with a lot of facilities inside. Staff is very helpful. Quite hotel in center location with beautiful beach and pool.

The room with the private pool has an outdoor shower, and the door from this shower to the room is not completely seal. Which means that during our stay there were bugs coming into the room and make us scared from the next bugs. This is NOT what you expect that you pay so much for a room. We talked about this to the staff a couple of times, they said they will deal with it. They didn’t, and this was disappointing. The hotel is amazing and the staff except from this were very helpful but if I knew this before, I would have book another room.

One of the best resorts on Chaweng Beach. Compared a lot of them walking up and down the beach. Good breakfast with eggs, pancakes and waffles on demand. Nice pool and beach access. Spacious luxurious rooms with a view. Ours had a big bathroom, outdoor spa bath and ocean view from balcony. Great hospitable staff. Even organised a romantic dinner on the beach for us.
