This is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in for a while, the pool and lounge area was beautifully maintained, the room was very comfortable with a nicely furnished bathroom, and the staff were excellent. Also you could hire scooters directly from the hotel for a really great price and with no need for a deposit etc (as they have your details already). The only downside is it was a bit further out but only 15 minute walk to the busier part of Chaweng beach. It was a really excellent hotel.

We would have liked to have two keys so that when we came back from a long hot day out the AC could be already on, but everything else was brilliant.

We were a bit disappointed with our first room as it was very musty with a loud aircon. After the first night in there we decided to ask for a different room or we would have moved. The were very good and after sending an engineer to look at the aircon and then a manager to come look the moved us. After that we had a great stay. Very pleasant and helpful staff and pretty comfortable rooms. Clan and modern.

The first room we stayed in felt like it had never been open to the fresh air and the aircon made a clicking noise throughout the night so we couldn’t sleep.

Room was super nice. A bit noisy from guests in the rooms nearby but still okay compared to others in thailand. Clean and neat, great pillows. Bathroom was good. Location is perfect as its really close to the busier parts but distant enough to be some what quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty sparse, but fresh. Wellcooked food in the restaurant

The biggest downside has to be the pool area which is... not nice. I mean it's modern, but no sunbeds, only weird lounge chair things. And the fact that the pool i located right on the walk path to the restaurant just makes it a very non relaxable place. Safety box a bit too small to fit a normal sized computer.

I found myself in a difficult situation as my husband was hospitalized nearby, and I was alone with two small children. From the very first moment, the staff went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel is impeccably clean and well-organized. Everything is perfectly maintained, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The golf carts were always available, either at the reception or near the rooms, making it very convenient to get around. But what truly stood out was the kindness and dedication of the staff. They were always there with a smile, ready to help with anything, no matter how big or small. Their support made a challenging time much more bearable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and professionalism. I will never forget how much you helped me and my family. This is more than just a hotel—it’s a place with a heart.

This was our second stay, this time we spent 9 nights at the hotel. It's in a quiet area but still relatively close to Chaweng. The pool area is very nice. The hotel is not huge but big enough so that you feel like the staff is always around. The beds are super comfortable.

For the first few days we had an ant problem around the bathroom sink, but I think through regular cleaning by staff, this got solved. The drainage in the shower could be improved a bit too - the water stays around for hours.

Staff were really friendly always and very helpful. My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights, we had a ground floor room that opened to the pool which was nice. The pool and the areas around the resort are kept clean and maintained. My room was made up every day and fresh towels provided. The pool is small however it was rarely busy which I liked. The location was good as it was only about a minute or so walk to the beach, nearest 7-11 is about 5-10 min walk. The resort organised an airport pick up which was appreciated, they also have a taxi service at the hotel (you have to pay) but it was handy as they have set prices so you know what to expect. The bed was comfy, shower worked great, as did the air con. One of the things I liked is that if the staff are driving the hotel carts and you're nearby they'd drop you to the entrance which was nice! No complaints and would recommend.

Great location close to Chaweng beach. Breakfast was tasty and the restaurant food well priced and of decent quality. Lovely restaurants in the area too. The linen was clean and grounds well kept!

The unit is advertised as having a shower but it is a bath with a shower faucet but you can't actually stand as it is too short and there is no attachment to hang the shower head. If you don't like bathing, don't choose this room. The walls are non sound proof and we could hear next door neighbours music late into the night.

We loved the pool area and the staff of the hotel, everyone was so friendly. Also the position of the hotel was very good, so close to the beach.

We were just disappointed that staff at the reception did not speak English so well so they called their manager all the time when I needed to take care of something. We had two rooms, my accommodation was nice in general, but the room of my parents had some broken things in the bathroom so they had to move to a different room in the middle of our stay. What was a huge disappointment was breakfast - so poor and the dining area (tables) were so dirty. I would expect a better breakfast in 4* hotel. We rather ate in a public restaurants. But despite of that we enjoyed our stay, I would just recommend better breakfasts and it would be great.

Everything! the staff we're amazing & they went abouve & beyond! I had an issue with my phone, which they helped me with! One morning the breakfast area was full, so Moon went and got another table! they were just brilliant! Thanks to Billy, Moon, JJ and the rest of the staff, including housekeeping (fresh towels every day), for making our stay so special!

Nothing...I cannot recommend The Canale enough! Would i stay again...hell yes!!

The location of the resort is ideal for family; it's quiet, has a number of restaurants catering to different cuisines and the best part is that it's only a few hundred metres from the Chaweng beach. Even Coral Cove Beach is about 3.5 km from the resort. We were lucky to get accommodations in one of the 6 rooms (Room No. 107 - 112) which have direct access to the pool - something we had never anticipated.

Our stay was too short! Only 3 days. Had I known more about the resort, we could have extended our stay here at the cost of other locations.
