Beautiful gardens, cute and comfortable accommodation in individual bungalows. The staff couldn't do enough to help you and were so friendly. Also the street the hotel is located on has several great restaurants and is out of the main, touristy Chaweng area. It's really lovely.

The sea is very rough and red flags were out every day, meaning you couldn't go in the water. Also the bar and restaurant are very quiet with not much atmosphere so we always ate elsewhere. Breakfast didn't have much choice but was ok.

A very well organized hotel. Situated far enough from Chaweng centre to avoid overcrowded neighbourhood but easy to reach it. Accommodation is in nice cottages, located in beautiful tropical garden. The restaurant is next to the sandy beach, serving decent breakfast. Also, possible to have a dinner in the same restaurant with delicious food. I would like to emphasise professional and welcoming staff and a calm atmosphere. Everything is sparkly clean. The manager Miss Ame is making great job. New Year Eve dinner and show were great. Thank yoo.Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Anavana Hotel in Thailand, and it was an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, making me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and cozy, with beautiful views. I loved the pool area; it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, the location was fantastic—close to all the local attractions and great restaurants. I highly recommend the Anavana Hotel for anyone looking for a great stay in Thailand!

We stayed 5 nights in October (low season) The location was perfect for my wife and I, The resort is absolute beachfront location, we stayed in a beautiful peaceful Deluxe Cottage, plenty of seating areas, also nice clean pool too, located in quieter more private part of Chaweng Beach, easy walk along beach to hub area of Chaweng if that is what you like. Also located next to 7Eleven for snacks etc. great food venues within walking distance too. Breakfast was good, not massive selection, but plenty of choice, and they can accommodate for dietary needs. Restaurant dinner was excellent, quality was great. Yes you can buy cheaper outside resort, however beautiful setting overlooking beach, pool areas with night entertainment was just too good. The manager and staff were friendly and their service was exceptional.

We spent six days at Anavana Beach Resort, and it was truly a vacation we'll remember for a long time. This small resort, with approximately 20 cottages, is located right on the beach, surrounded by lush greenery. The cottages are of a decent size, equipped with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a refrigerator, and a TV. The bathroom is partially outdoors, and there was always hot water and the water pressure was decent. The beach is beautiful, and there were always enough sun loungers available. Even with occasional rough seas, it was easy to swim in the shallow water. The resort is in immediate proximity to 7-Eleven, massage parlors, pharmacies, and restaurants. If you want to go to Chaweng Central you can easy take a «shared taxi» that runs all the time in the main street. It was convenient and affordable. Breakfast was delicious, and we also enjoyed other meals at the restaurant. The food was tasty and varied. All the staff members were fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great vacation. We want to thank all the staff for making our stay so special. Hopefully we will be back some day 😊

luxury resort at an affordable prize in a traditional setting of Thai individual bungalows, restaurant/breakfast area directly above the beach which has also private sun beds by the hotel with towels etc.; breakfast excellent, location only 20 min by taxi from the airport, beach is beautiful, one can walk to the small town and a number of eateries directly outside the hotel; the tropical garden is beautifully maintained, pool also in the midst of the garden, free pick up/transfer to the airport if you stay 5 nights or more

lunch/dinner a bit on the expensive side, same for cocktails, better on the street outside the hotel.

We loved our stay here for 4 nights, the location is close enough for convenience but far enough away for a peaceful stay. The service staff are incredibly hard working, the rooms are immaculate and the gardens are well maintained. We loved the bungalow cottages amongst the trees, we really felt amongst nature. I also recommend happy hour on the beach for the sunset is beautiful and later watching the full moon rise. They also have live music on Wednesday night which was excellent and the fire show on Monday night was very good.

We decided to return to Anavana because of everything!! the clean sandy beach with sunbeds only for hotel guests offers a perfect place for a swim. The restaurant right next to the beach is very tasty and affordable, has awesome service and often a short evening entertainment. The entire property is very green and well maintained. The location of the hotel is a just right - quiet, yet you have everything you need. There are only 24 cottages, so even when the property is full it is not overcrowded. The rooms are clean and charming, with love for details - like candle oil burner, repellent spray, western type of toilet paper and the daily provided bottled water. There are smart tvs where one can use personal account to login and watch favourite shows and videos and the best part is that tv arm allows you to enjoy a movie while in bed. Overall best hotel experience during our 4 week tour through Cambodia and Thailand.

The beach was amazing AND calm, we got a nice welcome for our honeymoon, the staff is super friendly, the manager, the cocktails were delicious AANND the food WOW best Tom Ka Ga I've had in my life. The best thing was that there were always enough beach chairs. We always had problems in other hotels because some people don't realize it's extremely rude to try to "reserve" your chair with a towel and be gone for hours without letting other people use the chairs.

I spent a lot of time choosing a place to stay on Koh Samui and I am so glad we chose to stay at Anavana! We loved everything about it - the location, the stunning grounds and the beautiful cabin, the spa services, the food, the pool and the beach. But the best part of our stay was the caring staff at the resort. From the moment we got picked up at the airport to the moment we got dropped off, we felt so well taken care of! Huge thank you to the manager Khun Ame, Khun Jimmy at the reception, Khun Lek at the restaurant and Khun Lilly at the spa and to EVERYONE else for creating a truly unforgettable experience for us! We cannot wait to return!
