I thought the breakfast was lovely, as there was a good selection and I especially enjoyed the hot drinks. The location was nice too, as it wasn't too far from the airport and was a great, quiet area for a stroll or bike ride. I loved lying outdoors by the pool - the wall of plants on display is truly beautiful and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and nice view out of the main window. The gym was small but with a good amount of equipment and we had 24 hours access which is always good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I thought it was a great price for everything we got and would definitely come back again!

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but I was surprised to find that you enter your room by going outdoors first (they're like apartments and you walk across a balcony to get to your room), so sometimes there were bugs and such on our door. But this is a very small thing and did not take away from my extremely positive experience at all. I would say that the room could use more mirrors - I was able to manage just fine with the bathroom mirror when getting ready but it would be great if there was another mirror (and possibly more lights) in the room. The breakfast selection could be a bit wider but all the food that was available was delicious.

had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, which was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh fruits and other delicious options. I also enjoyed spending time at the swimming pool, which was very relaxing and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Lovely staff. Nice pool. Very clean and comfortable room. Would recommend as a nice place to stay. Close to shopping malls.

Some road noise, occasionally the lock on the balcony door would come undone and the door would slide open a little during the night which meant the road noise was a bit louder, which we didn't realise until the 2nd day.

everything was good except the singing at the beer gardens opposite the hotel. More practice drastically required. staff were extremely help full when I left my phone in a cab. i would stay again without question.

All are good but parking is superb. However, in my father's room, we had to call for cleaning in the afternoon for the 2nd night. I think because they have lack of staffs. However, all staffs at the front desk and the dining room are very friendly and helpful. We got upgrade rooms from booking. The room are bigger.

The rooms in Building B are more noisy than building A. My room and my sister room are 624 and 522 are more noisy than my father and my cousin room which are 623 and 621. My cousin's room 621, the window cannot be locked.

Breakfast was great. The staff very very pleasant. I was more than impressed when because I was badly affected by air pollution caused by seasonal burning I had to relocate and the hotel together with booking.com refunded nearly all the cost for my unused booked and paid for accommodation in the hotel. Very impressed.👍

I booked with Booking.com It was agreed that I would get discount of 20% for food and drink spent in the hotel. There must have been some communication problems between Booking.com and the hotel as there clearly were problems

Great staff, good breakfast, room format was good (had the spa), great price for the room type and location. Clean. Shower pressure and hot water are good. Clean shower. No mould.

All worked out fine. A little noisy from the street below. Can hear aircraft due to airport proximity - hotel might do well to install double glazing for the bedroom windows.

Great value for the room type and location and price range. John was helpful with room and luggage (Thank-you). Just a short stay, but was quickly impressed with the room size, spa and bedroom. Good breakfast, will stay again when I visit Chiang Mai next.

Nothing comes to mind, the stay and time spent at the hotel was very short overnight.

I liked that the hotel was in a great location, 5min walk to maya shopping centre and so many things to see walking distance.

great location, free bikes to use at the property and we luckily got to have an early check in from the night bus!

rooms are advertised with a stove in the apartment but you’re not allowed to use them for some reason. this was annoying as it was a big factor into why we booked this hotel. there was nothing to say on booking.com that you couldn’t use it. the people the hotel use to rent motorcycles from are very bad with pricing. it was 300baht for a day until 6pm (which doesn’t even cover dinner time) and we wanted it for 3 hours (3pm -6pm) and they couldn’t adjust the price accordingly. I would strongly recommend the hotel rent motorbikes off a company that is actually flexible.
