Promoting riding elephants. People don't understand that elephants are abused so.people can ride them. Should be promoting hands off observation places instead

Lovely hotel, very nice staff, very helpful. Centrally located, a stone throw away to night bazar area. Good rooms and bathrooms. The hotel, was very well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Always offering friendly greetings and assistance when required. Breakfast menu was good.

Arrived at the hotel and staff were very friendly and efficient and check in went smooth. Room was large and clean. The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was large and had bathtub and walk in shower. The location is excellent out of the hotel one way and you have nightmarket and restaurants and go the other way for bars all close by.

Fantastic breakfast, big buffet with good food. The best buffet we have experienced in Thailand (we've spent 3 weeks in Thailand in different places). In a room, we had a panel next to the beds, which you can use to switch off/on the light or control the AC, which is nice to use before sleep. We ran out of toilet rolls but forgot to ask in the morning, and we asked at the reception in the late evening. Surprisingly Hk brought us, so it was nice and well-appreciated. The water in the swimming pool was really cold, and the sun avoided the water haha. Maybe it depends on the time of the year, though. It is how it was built, however, I had a nice time relaxing on the terrace with the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . Our taxi company couldn’t find a driver and the hotel arranged transport to the airport for us to catch our flight . Lovely hot shower

The bed was a little hard and our only downside was our tea/ coffee was not replenished when the room was made up .

This hotel has a luxurious feel. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. They provide 4 pillows (2 soft and 2 firm). The bathroom comes with standing shower + bathtub. The location is the best, with daily night market just outside the hotel. Plenty of food options in the evening in the numerous food center around the hotel. The hotel staff are all very polite and professional. They are very helpful and friendly especially the front desk and breakfast dinning staff.

This hotel is almost perfect. Can't find any fault with their service. The only thing I wish they had was a bigger swimming pool but with so many activities around Chiangmai, I doubt anyone has the time to use the pool.

The hotel was absolutely great. The entrance is stunning, the room was big and super comfy. We had a room with views to the lateral street which was amazing, as it was super quiet (it even had a 2nd lobby and anentrance from this side street, so you did not had to go the the main one, and cross all the hotel). The bathroom has a window near the bathtub, so you can watch a movie when you take a relaxing bath (awesome!). The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety, from pastry (croisants, toast, different varieties of bread), to noodles or rice, vegetables, a lot of fruit and also sandwiches. Absolutely loved it. All around, incredible stay!

The hotel is in an excellent location, opposite the night market, the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool is small but adequate, the staff there ensures that you do not lack anything. So a fantastic hotel for us, we will definitely come back!!

The staff are really helpful in helping us to manage our booking. They manage to get us another room for our kids and near to us despite our own mistake. Also the place is very strategic location, it is near to night market and also centre of the city.

Should have option to accomodate halal food since i believe, muslim people really wanna this option.

Shower hot water are intermitent-some time vvv hot and some times cold and moreover the pillow are to high...making me restless sleep and toiletries should be offer from the duration of customer stay there..doesn't me I hv my toiletries...no replenishment of it
