The staff were fabulous . the room was clean

I feel that a hotel of this quality should have better coffee-in-room facilities. Sachets of Nescafé and powdered creamer don’t really cut it! the bathroom was always beset with flies. Breakfast choices were ‘full English’ - nothing else Breakfast was supposed to start at 8am but inevitably wasn’t available till 8:15 or even later - which was too late if one is undertaking organized tours….which tend to commence pretty early! The pillows were curiously rock hard

The hotel was absolutely lovely - the decor was nice, everything was clean and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The location was ideal, a walking distance to the old town with markets, entertainment and plenty of food. The hotel is on the list for the trips/activities you can book through TripAdvisor/Viator, and you'll be collected/dropped off. I would certainly reccomend anyone to stay here when they visit Chiang Mai.

This is a unique hotel, very beautiful and quirky. Our room was lovely, very big and comfortable. It had a great walk in shower and a huge bath. The was also a door opening on to the pool. It’s in a good location, on the corner of the old town and easy to pick up a taxi truck, 30bht a journey. There’s also a night market nearby with loads of food stalls. Close to lots of temples and bars and restaurants.

Exceptionally helpful receptionist and very attentive staff, beautiful rooms and gardens, housekeeping was excellent. Its just on the corner of the old town so a good 10 minute walk into the centre.

Two very busy roads, we were room 206 which was last room onto road, even with 2 pairs of double glazed patio doors it was so noisy we couldn’t use the balcony.

We had a great time with the whole family. Rooms are very clean, big and comfortable. Its not a standard hotel as the big hotel companies. Its an awesome designed Thai-style hotel. Staff is very friendly and tried to help, whenever we had questions or problems and offered special bed for the baby.

The room was nice and well sized. The staff were very welcoming.

The hotel itself is near a very busy street, so enjoying the balcony is impossible without sitting in a traffic jam, since it's virtually in the street. Also regarding the hotel location - it's inside the square, but reaching it by walking requires going near the main road surrounding the main square. Annoying and a bit unpleasant at night.

quiet, quirky, charming Hotel. Brilliant staff- nothing too much of a problem for them. They helped with everything from luggage to ordering taxis etc…

Facilities closed at 7pm. not possible to have a dinner or nightcap. Breakfast service was slow ( albeit with a smile). Not all staff spoke good English.

Very nice hotel. Start from beautiful interior - like modern temple - so each corner is a point for photosession. Rooms also nice and breakfast with different veriety of dishes. Good location (almoust the center partand 10min near the airport) and transfer to airport. We were really enjoing staing here.

The water heater is not that hot .

Lovely unique room. Quirky pool and garden area. Value for money for the style and size of the room.

Although we loved the courtyard and pool area it was slightly spoiled by the amount of non-resident visitors who came in to take photos until 5pm each day.

Excellent service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable king room with a private balcony and pool view.
