We enjoyed our stay So much! The room was clean, big, the shower was good. The location was also great - its in the old town so we went to the tamples and markets by foot, but it's also in the direction of doy sudep and nimman neighborhoods so it was closer to get there as Well (once we were in Nimman neighborhood and we saw a taxi will take a few minutes, so we just went back by foot). But the absolute BEST part in the hotel were the staff. And by staff I mean both the people in reception and Soju the French bulldog and the cats. It felt like Gome in the best way, sweet animals are greeting you, people are interested in your day. I stayed in the room a lot as I was sick and when I came to the lobby to bring some more tea someone (the hotel manager/owner?) saw me, ran to the kitchen and brought me a fresh pastry, another time the receptionist saw I wasnt feeling well and offered to make me tea (in the complimentary station, just to help me). This hotel has a special place in my heart, I really hope I'll go back there soon.

This charming boutique hotel was the perfect place to base our stay in Chiang Mai. The room was spotless and comfortable with lots of cute design features. The staff was so charming, friendly and helpful! They helped us arrange a private driver for a trip we wanted to do and never failed to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. As animal lover, a big bonus for me were the two small kitties who would play in the lounge plus an adorable French bulldog who loved getting pets. ❤️

Probably one of the best hotels we had chosen to date, and all that as the staff was truly exceptional. We were lucky enough to be invited for a hilarious Christmas party. Oh boy, they know how to celebrate!! The hotel itself was good, nothing exceptional, but well located in the old town of Chiang Mai. A strong recommendation!

This place combines the vibe of the family hotel - super friendly people, cute pets walking around - and 5star hotel service. All the nitty-gritty details that create the feeling of comfort stay are there. Take this small detail: all the sharp edges of the furniture (table, for example) are covered with rubber. There is enough space for suitcases. The room was exceptionally clean and it was made every day. Besides, it was very quiet there. Super nice tiny garden outside. Free drinks and fruits in the lounge zone. Great location in the city center with nice cafes and massage places around.

Location was quite good but I think there are better locations even though it is in the old town city center. if you don’t like to walk you need to consider grab/tuck tuck to move around.

Great central location, easy walking distance to the main attractions along with a huge variety of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming, happy to help with recommendations, answer questions and assist in booking transport from the airport (even in the very early hours of the morning!). The rooms were lovely and clean, much bigger than I expected.

Amazing stay at 9 SUITES! I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in Chiang Mai. All the staff was exceptional, especially Ashley and Pump. They were super professional, helpful and always had a beautiful smile - they made our stay a memorable one! Location was great and rooms were perfect. 100% recommended.

the staff and facilities were amazing for this price point. I loved the cat and dog, as well as the room itself.

My only slight complaint was that our room faced a m street where occasionally loud motorcycles would pass by and wake us. I slept with ear plugs and it was fine.
