The hotel are great at organising any trips you want so wait till you get there as they have good connections. They even organised a Tuk Tuk trip around the old city for me.

Description said there was a buffet breakfast. There was a tea and coffee station and bread with a toaster and some biscuits and bananas. So not quite what I expected. There are places to eat breakfast very very close although the 2 nearest open at 11am.

This hotel was great value for money. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The staff at reception were very helpful. The location is good and central. I definitely recommend the wing boutique hotel, you can’t go wrong!

Would like if there was a pool

The location is in the middle of the old city, very central to all the shops and restaurants. Also the night markets are easily reachable either walking or with the red taxis. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. It’s the perfect place to explore the city!

Wing Boutique Hotel is truly exceptional ⭐️ far beyond expectations. After a week-long road trip in northern Thailand, I returned to the hotel, where I had left my suitcase. The staff not only remembered me but had already placed my suitcase in my new room. They even ensured I could check in early without me having to ask—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for my stay. During my road trip, I lost my wallet, which contained cash and my ID, three hours away from Chiang Mai. A week later, the incredible staff went above and beyond, calling me to let me know the wallet had been found at a distant police station. Though I was prepared to retrieve it myself, they kindly coordinated with the police and arranged for it to be delivered to the hotel. Just four hours later, I had my wallet back in perfect condition. The service here is nothing short of outstanding. The attention to detail, kindness, and genuine care make this hotel a truly fantastic place to stay. I can’t recommend it enough!

Wing Boutique Hotel is a chic and modern gem located in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City—an ideal spot for exploring the area. The hotel offers a free breakfast, which is a nice touch, and the design of the hotel is sleek and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. We found ourselves in a tricky situation when our next hotel canceled our reservation last minute, and due to Yi Peng Festival, availability was scarce. Despite being fully booked, the staff went above and beyond, calling over 20 different hotels to help us find accommodation for the night. Their kindness and determination to help us were truly remarkable and something we’ll never forget. This level of care and hospitality made our stay at Wing Boutique Hotel unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel not only for its great location and comfort but also for its outstanding, compassionate service!

I had a wonderful stay at The Wing Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to answer my questions and assist me with anything I needed. The hotel's beautiful location in the old city is perfect. Nearby, there's the lovely Nong Buak Haad Public Park where I went for a daily run—ideal for a short run in the warm weather. For those who enjoy nightlife, Zoe in Yellow is also within walking distance, about 15 minutes away. I want to extend a huge thank you to the amazing staff (na) for making my stay so enjoyable. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful. I like it that I was able to arrange my tours (including van transfer to Pai) and be picked up and dropped off at the hotel. Lots of places to eat nearby - both cafes and roadside stalls. Easy to walk around town.

Only a minor glitch. I had messaged the property to be sure I could provide further information to the driver if he needed help. This was the hotel's reply: "Yes, you can tell them the name of our hotel, The Wing Lanna Hotel. It is near and on the same road with "Phra Singh Temple". They surely know the Phra Singh Temple." This gave me the impression that The Wing Boutique Hotel and The Wing Lanna Hotel are the same property. The lady who was coordinating the red songthaews at the railway station was quick to point out that these are two different properties.

Location is good for us as a family. It's quiet because it is in an alley around 100 meters from the road, but it's still convenient because the main road has a 7-eleven a short walk away, a weekend night market, a pharmacy, nice cafes, and lots of food carts. The staff is always helpful and polite; the junior suite was bigger than pictured. If you did not pre-book any tours don't worry, their lobby has SO MANY pamphlets for tours and the staff call the operators for you to arrange. They even will help you find cheaper options if you need. Then they ask for your feedback afterwards; a good sign that they value their guest's satisfaction.

netflix was logged in an israeli account and we couldn't get out of it, so it was hard for the kids to pick something for movie night. I think just coffee tea and some breads were available during breakfast time, but that's okay for this price. And since we started our days early, exploring restos in chiang mai is far interesting than staying in your hotel pantry. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were not operational, and while the shower head and tap in the tub were working, it was tricky to have the kids bathe in it because the floor of the tub is not flat (curved to hug body curves of the people supposed to lie in it). The other option is to take a shower under their rainshower, but there is no partition so the whole bathroom floor gets wet.

I like that the location is far from the buzz and noise; but at the same time you can still walk to the night markets. And there are good restaurants nearby. The staff were great too! They have recommended good tours. And they have booked a ride for me to the airport when I was having challenges getting one. And bed and pillows are so comfortable.

I think accommodating requests from the guests like I was requesting for a flat iron and they said they couldn’t provide since it was borrowed by another guest from the other day and they have not returned it. Either they have more irons or they should ask all guests to return it after usage.

Clean and modern hotel, good sized rooms and bathroom. Great location in the old town, walking distance or easily accessible for Grabs. Friendly staff. Although breakfast is not provided they do have teas, coffees and some small snacks available free of charge in the morning which is a great addition. Thanks so much!

No pool - although knew this before booking! It would be nice for there to be a more comfortable/casual seating area downstairs where there is the coffee but this was not a huge thing at all.
