Nine Hotel Chiang Mai: A Gem in the Heart of the City We had a wonderful stay at Nine Hotel Chiang Mai! The location was perfect for exploring the old city and surrounding areas. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a different menu prepared each day based on guests' preferences. We loved the personal touch and the delicious food. The free bicycles were a great way to get around and explore the city at our own pace. We especially appreciated the late check-out and the exceptional service from Rada, who went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us arrange our onward journey to another hotel. Thank you, Rada and Nine Hotel, for a memorable stay!

The Nine Hotel is truly the best hotel I have stayed at in Chiang Mai. Location is in Old Town and easy walking everywhere. “Rada” is the lady’s name that runs the hotel and I have not met a nicer person in my entire existence on earth. Really goes the extra mile to make you feel truly special every day. 🫶🙌 The Hotel has a very relaxing pool, rooms are spotless, and best of all is the morning breakfast that “ Bau” the cook chefs up you would think it’s a 5 star restaurant. Absolute perfection.! I want to thank the staff here because next time I come back to Chang Mai this is the only place I am staying at.

Loved the overall vibes and decor of the hotel lobby and room. Comfy beds, spacious room and toilet (we booked the family suite). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Can watch Netflix on their big TV

- a strong toilet stench intermittently although the toilet vent was switched on - living area should have one more coffee table for dining (family suite) - flickering TV screen - mixed reviews about location. There was one time the taxi driver dropped us at the other side of the street where we had to walk through a long unlit narrow passageway to the hotel. It might be a bit scary for ladies

The staff were super nice and helpful, they have everything for us: bikes for free, a room specially dedicated for the ones that can’t check in right away or the ones that have to check out. The hotel is beautiful, the pool is also nice. The room is enough and very clean. The breakfast was also nice and very complete.

Our room was next to the school and from 7am they started making a lot of noise and didn't stop all morning. Furthermore, we were unable to close all the curtains and the sun started to appear very early.

The property is super nice with a lot of restaurants and massage places nearby. You can also walk to some of the main temples which is nice, and they also have available bikes you can use for free to explore the city. The most important is that the staff is extremely nice and helpful! We loved meeting Rada. She helped us with advices and support throughout our stay.

Nothing really. Everything was correct. Maybe the space of the rooms… it would be nice to have a bit more space but in general everything was super nice

The staff at Nine Hotel are lovely. They upgraded our room free of charge and were always happy to answer our questions and give us recommendations . The breakfast every day is really lovely, with lots of local produce used. The hotel itself is very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the bed was super comfy. The shower and bath were also excellent. We absolutely loved our three days in Chiang Mai and Nine Hotel was a great place to based.

It was occasionally a bit noisy with the school next door but only for an hour or so in the morning and it probably depends where your room is

Our stay was comfortable and did the job. We were kindly greeted by the hotel owner who was lovely and told us all the information we needed about our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect as it’s in the centre of Chiang mai.

The room was quite small and cramped and not much room for two suitcases and not enough room to put clothes anywhere. The bathroom grout was well overdue and needed re grouting which was a bit off putting when going to get a shower.

This property is smack bang in the middle of everything you need in Chiang Mai! And if you need to go out a bit further a grab or a taxi can take you in no time. The staff are wonderful friendly and very helpful. The pool is nice to catch some sun in the mornings before you make your way out for the day.

There’s nothing not to like the only thing I would say and it didn’t bother us at all but the property is near a school so sometimes you can here the noise from there but like I said it didn’t bother us at all.

Breakfast was excellent and creative! The staff was very friendly. Pretty Hotel and rooms!

Room did not have any storage for clothes. The booked tour with P&T Travel did not match our expectations (seeing the rice fields). And the tour was very bad (not authentic, visiting fake markets, rush from one spot to the other) But the hotel can not do anything about that. We advice the hotel to no recommend this tour to other guests...

Super clean hotel, with great position. Laundry service was great A special thank to Rada, has been our Angel for this wonderful holiday, recommending the best places to visit. The hotel is super new and the design is studied in every detail melting modern with traditional lanna style, very comfortable beds. Great breakfast with local fruits and vegetables I’ve definitely recommend this marvellous place To anyone that wants to spend a weekend or a week in Chiang Mai.

We had to leave
