The rooms in the new renovated section of the hotel are very nice. All new and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was very nice as well.

The location is bit far from town. Takes about 20 min to walk to areas that have restaurants. Grab is readily available however if you don’t want to walk. Also they do not provide a safe or any way to lock your valuables. Would be nice to provide this in the rooms.

I was staying in old part of the hotel which looks so much authentic. However there was no AC. It was the cheapest room. There was a fan though but in thirds temperatures it’s better to choose the room with an AC. Bathroom wasn’t also new.

The room was unbelievable. We stayed in the new wing and it was stunning. Clean, spacious, and the bed was so comfy!!! Plug outlets everywhere, 3 pillows each (a big deal in SE Asian hotels), easily the best room we have stayed in during our travels. The pool was well kept and open till 9.

A slight language barrier at reception, and it is a little bit far from the touristy places (Chiang Rai is not by any means a tourist trap but we would have liked to have been a little bit closer to the hustle and bustle). However, if you have a bike or don't mind the walk (we didn't) it is the perfect place to stay in Chiang Rai.

It's a great place with good facilities and a perfect swimming pool when it's too hot. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The floor is too noisy and when someone was smoking outside my room, the smoke was coming inside. There's only one plug that is connected to the fan, so if you want to charge your mobile phone, you can't use the fan.

Great location - nice walk to the clocktower area / restaurants. Room was clean and property well taken care of. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool area was very nice alsoOnce tourism recovers and they are able to reopen their restaurant, it will be fantastic!

Why is there no quilt or blanket? I don't understand? Is it my first time to Thailand? Blankets need to be prepared by yourself?

The staff was lovely, the swimming pool was perfect, the rooms were spacious and the shared bathrooms were nice and close to the rooms.

The mattress ( at least in our bedroom ) were uncomfortable.

Facilities are great, and we loved our time by the pool. Overall the hotel is really clean and they have good prices for scooter rental. Definitely recommend it.

Well for B200 ($8) you cant complain right? But toilet floor was always wet so I covered with the ample amount of towels supplied
