Easy to come, just told a Took-Took driver, and he knew the place. It was just 5 minutes to arrive the guesthouse. The place was clean and comfortable. Threre are enough useful facilites. Good WIFI signal. The convinient stores and restaurant are not far (I found that this is a kind of center of the local people, food is cheap though!). The owner and staffs are helpful and friendly. I agree that some comments said they feel like home. You did a great job, Jansupar!

It was quite cold in the night I stayed. I kinda missed my electric blanket at home, but I know they don't need it here in Thailand for sure, Ha Ha Ha!

First of all, the place is so nice. Clean, tidy, and peace. There are everything I need, big bed, private clean bathroom with good quality soap and shampoo, fridge, internet, even the service laundry machine with the space for hanging after washing. The place is just close to Sunday walking street, 7-eleven, many good restaurant, amazing coffee shops (as I heard that Chiang Rai is the land of coffee beans, distributed to the whole country), tea shops. The owner at Jansupar Court is very helpful. He also speaks very good English, which might be nice for the foreign guests. Most of all, I love this place. Thanks to all staffs.

Very comfortable, practical and clean room! The mattress feels like heaven, good water pressure in the shower + hot water, mini fridge, working AC & fan and there's even room service every day. No complaints what so ever! We loved it, 100% would stay here again.

Not directly in the center but still very walkable (15-20 minutes), perfectly reachable by scooter and very quiet due to it's location. Wifi wasn't stable but worked most of the time.

Room was absolutely fine, great value for money, wifi was ok but not super fast, owner recommended us a bike rental and we had no issues with renting a bike there without leaving our passport. Fresh water every day.

Location is fine but it is not ideal. I think you need a bike to see surroundings, you should drive to the tea plantations or if you want to see some nature and local villages. To be honest, the popular night markets in the city are horrible, tourist trap... unfortunately... you can still find some nice real markets but you need a bike or taxi to get there

We could not recommend Jansupar Court more, we absolutely loved our stay here with the family who own the facility going above and beyond for us. The room was spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The stay is far enough away from night life to get a good night sleep, but not too far away that you can walk or jump in a less than 10 minute car journey.

There was a kettle, but no coffee or tea provided, couldn't get TV to work & while there was shampoo & shower gel in the shower, there was no hand soap.

The place is in the nice location. The room is hugh, clean, and feel lije home. Big comfy bed, internet TV, fridge, kettle. I love the provided shampoo and liquid soap in the bathroom, and so on the wash basin. We feel safe and comfortable staying here, and would love to do it again in next visiting.

The room was very big and clean Kettle, Fridge, and TV with Netflix in the room. Air Con. Spacious Bathroom. Owners were lovely. Access to washing machines for 20baht, and the lady was so polite to actually hang out laundry out for us. The owner recommended a lovely coffee shop, which was only 1 minute walk away. They also helped us rent a motorbike and suggested a great shop around the corner to go to. I think the lady in the bike shop gave us a discount because we stayed in Jansupar. Nice stay with lovely owners.

Breakfast was advertised, but we didn't see any evidence of this. So it could be worth asking before or when you arrive. Water pressure in the shower was very weak.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Fridge and kettle, big terrace. It’s not in the center but you can easily walk there. Nice owner who rented us a scooter and booked the 2-day boat ride to Laos for us (we got picked up by a van at the guesthouse and everything went smoothly).

Wifi barely worked in our room so we had to sat in the hallway under the router to download some stuff 😅 (but some rooms are closer to the router).

We had a really superb stay at Jansupar Court. Our host was fantastic! Friendly, approachable and very attentive to our needs. Our room was spacious, fresh, extremely clean and well equipped. They cleaned our room everyday and provided us with fresh bottled water daily. There's also laundry service available. Location was good for us. Quiet and only about 20 min walk from the night bazar. I highly recommend this place!!

The WiFi connection wasn't always great, but not a big problem for us.
