Fantastic location 5 min from the bus station, night bazaar and yet in a totally quiet location. No noise from the street. Amazing! Room clean, fragrant, colourful and well decorated. As a big bonus - spacious shared kitchen. With stove, complete cookware, microwave, coffee maker. Within a 5-minute walk, be sure to visit Wong nai Restaurant. Wonderful stylish place and cheap lunch. Definitely go to Barrab Restaurant - it's a blast! About 1.5km away you'll find a coffee roastery + cafe called The Roast Chiang Rai Coffee. From there, it's just a short walk to love at first sight and a spoon - home cooking at Pad Thai - Thai Food ❤️❤️ And if you want a super high quality massage, max 1km from the accommodation you will find the Assira Thai massage centre. The best massage of my life. Deep - physically and mentally🙏

A fabulous find. The rooms are so quirky it took us 15 mins to find the light switch lol. The beds are v firm, typically Thai, but not lumpy. V clean with towels & complimentary toiletries. Hot water & a good shower. Breakfast is help yourself which was great as we were leaving early for a tour. Water, tea, coffee & hot chocolate were available all day. It is a 5 min walk to the bus station & night food bazaar which is 'the place' to eat. It's like a food hall so everyone can have what they want from different stalls but eat at one table. Plus, live music & Thai dancing !! There is also a laundry close by & food market. A perfect place to stay.. shame we couldn't take this with us 😁

The hotel is perfect for a family getaway. We stayed in a three-person room and were very pleased with our experience. The room was spacious and cozy, well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient – within walking distance of the city's main attractions. For the price, NaRak is a great hotel. I even enjoyed making my own breakfast, but instead of a coffee machine, they had a device that just served instant coffee.

The Wi-Fi in the room was unstable. Very old TV. The soundproofing in the rooms was not good – noise from the street or neighboring rooms was occasionally audible.

Location OK for one night stay. More like a hostel. Water dispenser and M'wave kept in the entrance hall for all to use. Large common kitchen open till 11am with toast & coffee/tea dispenser, which only I had out of 4 family members. I saw that there were eggs which we could cook ourselves on the hob, pots and pans provided, which I didn't use but good for those who would like to. Walkable to clock tower. We went to the Kalae cafe enroute just before the clock tower, very good food and beverages.

If I have to say something, may be not call it a resort as its more like a hostel. The term is misleading. But that's nothing really to complain about.

It’s a really nice and cute hotel which is located in a quiet alley in the middle of Chiang Rai. Everything in the centre is in walking distance, even the bus station is almost next door. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and they are cleaned every day. The hotel has a common kitchen where they offer free coffee, tea, toast and eggs in the morning until midday. There are also several fridges where you can store your own stuff. Moreover, coffee, tea, snacks and drinking water are provided 24/7 in the hallway. The owners of the hotel are super friendly and helpful. They even let us leave our backpacks behind when we left for a small road trip for a night. Overall, we had a great stay in the resort and we couldn’t find anything to complain about.

A very large comfortable bed (the best we have had during this trip - 1 month). The large room with rain shower. The location on a quiet street at the end of a small blind lane - but only 300 m from the lively night bazar. The sitting area outside the self service kitchen (they also have a light self service complimentary breakfast with eggs, toast, jam, coffee and tea). The staff was very nice and helpful. We recommend this placr.

Perfect accomodation near ChiangRai downtown bus terminal and night bazar, in a quite area. The room was clean, equioed with everything needed. In case you want to prepare breakfast you have the possibility to use shared kitcen in the morning (free toast bread, eggs and coffee from the house) - was not the case for us, but is a nice, good option available. We didn't had fridge in the room, but a shared one was available in case of need. The staff is very comunicative and helpfull. One over the other, perfect accomodation for us and our needs - we actually used the room only over night, rest of the day we were out exploring the region.

Such a charming spot off the busy streets. We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to extend but they were booked out. Great to have the tea and coffee station and the DIY breakfast was fantastic. Room itself had everything we needed, a good shower and hairdryer and loads of space to put our stuff. Also great motorbike rental right beside it. We loved it!

Nothing really, the only negative is that guests are a bit noisy coming in and out of the main area. But that's not the hotels fault and not a reason not to stay in my opinion

We liked our stay in Na-Rak-O, the staff was very nice (there is also a cute Pomeranian) and the location was good, close to the bus station and the night market. For breakfast, they give access to a kitchen where you can cook. They also provide eggs, bread etc… For me, this was a bonus since I like cooking and it is nice to have more flexibility on what to eat for breakfast.

The rooms are not soundproof and I was able to hear my neighbour snoring at night as if we were sharing the same bed. This is however easy to solve with earplugs.

Staff are super friendly and always around to help (and they have a cute dog too). Well located 8 minute walk from the bus station, 10 minutes from the night bazaar, 15 minutes from Saturday Walking street. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Room cleaning including new sheets and towels and fresh water is available whenever needed. A communal fridge is available, as well as a simple self made breakfast of toast and eggs. Hot drinks and simple snacks are also available in the communal area. Beds are comfortable and the AC works well. Everything was clean and of a high quality.

The AC is quite loud so you will want to turn it off at night or use earplugs.
