The view on the ocean from some rooms & the restaurant is one of the most beautiful on the island. There is also the option to have breakfast on your own balcony (depending on capacity), which makes it even more relaxing to start the day. There is also a daily free shuttle to some nearby beaches, which helps if you don't want to rent stuff.

We ordered room service for some fresh towels, but we had to ask for it multiple times. Also on the last day we waited for our breakfast more than one hour, which lead to the problem that we had to leave after ordering it. Happy end to this was, that they brought it in take away boxes to our room, so that we could have it when we had time/on the road. The last major thing is that there exists a path to the ocean, but in order to get in the water you have to go over sharp rocks. I only recommend this for experienced people, since getting out with waves splashing you against them is highly dangerous.

The staff is beyond amazing!! Everyone is absolutely incredible. We’ve taken everyone (and especially Nienie) in our hearts. They all made us feel so welcomed and right at home. The view is breathtaking and the pool is very nice (you can actually have a proper swim even if you’re tall). It’s possible to rent a motorbike right at the resort which is super convenient. The motorbikes were all in a very good condition as well. The rooms are very spacious and all have a little terrace in front. TV has streaming services and there’s very good wifi in the room as well. Again I can’t emphasise enough how much we loved this place. Incredible!

We took a spa room, it was superb, we spent all our spare time here watching Koh Tao and Sail Rock and all the boats inbetween, especially at night. Food and staff were great. Pool was nice although we didn't use it much as was out and about. You can rent scooters from the hotel, in really good condition and good price. Sunsets at Club420 next door are brilliant, went there twice. Shuttle bus to beaches is free although we used a scooter instead. A really beautiful part of the island too. The staff warn you about mosquitos and they are in the trees below but we never saw any when in the room or around. Some videos coming soon on YouTube 66TripsLeft.

The only downside for me was the snorkelling. It's a fair trek down but ok for us mid-50s people, but when we got to the bottom it was low tide and whilst easy to jump in there wasn't an exit point that didn't involve barnacles. At high tide it would probably be fine. After getting out - scratched up - we faced the gauntlett of marching back up quickly as it was mosquito alley, our own fault, we didn't take lotion and it had washed off.

The staff was simply amazing, they were so friendly and helpful and the guy in the restaurant kept making us so happy because of how joyful he was. The view was also amazing and the apartment was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast had many different options and the ones we tasted were all very good. Overall it exceeded our expectations and would 100% recommend going here.

It's kind of difficult to get there and there were quite a lot of stray dogs, also in the restaurant which we didn't like. These were minor details in comparison to how amazin the rest was.

The view from the pool is incredible and so relaxing, plus a small restaurant open most of the day with great options, and they even have a place/office to work - with a sea view;) The staff is AMAZING!! Tory and Rey and truly everyone were so helpful and kind to us. We felt comfortable asking for any help and we knew they would try their best to accommodate us.

It is a bit far from everything But the Island is so small (up to 40 mins everywhere), plus the resort has cheaper car/motor rental that makes it easy to get around.

Perched on a hill, Phangan Utopia Resort was all about the view. It was just breathtaking. Both pool and restaurant enjoyed the same views. Our seaview bungalow was very spacious and beautifully furnished, and we loved the outdoor shower and jacuzzi which had the same view. Sitting on the balcony was a treat. It was close to many beautiful beaches, including Maehaad, which was great for snorkeling. The resort organised a daily free beach shuttle service, which was great. Next door was the 420 cocktail bar, the most famous on the island for it's sunset views. It also served delicious food. Last but not least, the staff of both the reception and restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing

This a quiet resort on the north of the island, a bit remote, but everything is easily reachable if you have a motorbike. Some of the rooms have been renovated and are super nice. There are also rooms that are a bit tired. However, in an old room we had a mosquito net, which was really helpful. There's a nice pool, and amazing views from the hotel. Walking distance there's a sunset bar with drinks and food, if you don't feel like driving. There's also a nice co-working and a caffe on the hotel territory. Breakfast was good. I also enjoyed a free shuttle to the nearest beaches. And the best part is the care and attention from the reception managers. Never experienced anything like that. They would help resolve any problem, help with planning activities, are always attentive and do their best to make your stay at the resort as nice as possible. They are not only doing their job professionally, but sincerely care about the guests. I want to thank Raymond for all he did for me, he is a person with a very kind heart. Being highly professional in his job, he was doing much more to make his guests feel happy, be in a good mood, feel support and love.

The views are AMAZING!! The pool overlooks an amazing sea and mountain view and it feels so Zen! There are so many facilities at this resort, a workspace, restaurant, coffee bar, gym, mini mart etc. There is a free shuttle to a choice of 1 of 4 beaches everyday which leaves at 11am and picks you up at 4pm, which is a lovely free extra. The staff are so lovely and helpful, reception is open from 8am-8pm and they will book anything you need for you at a good price. You can walk to the 420 viewpoint from the hotel and it's the perfect spot to watch the sunset, with lovely drinks and some nice good options.

Nothing! We loved everything. One comment, if you have accessibility issues this may not be the resort for you as there are some quite steep hills and stairs. This was not an issue for us but just something to flag.

Absolutely loved staying at the resort! The location itself is so beautiful and perfect with amazing views and a short walk to the beach. The rooms was incredible with comfortable beds, a good shower and beautiful balcony. Our breakfast was great with lots of options and a great view on the terrace. The pool was amazing and peaceful with great views. The cafe on site is very nice and nearby there is a great panoramic bar. The staff were the highlight, showing such kindness and going out of their way to make our stay perfect. As we had to wait a short time to check into our rooms, the staff offered to give us a late check-out and provide a free shuttle service to the beach at our next hotel. Thank you to Raymond especially for being so kind and helpful. Would 100% highly recommend, a very idyllic perfect hotel we wished we had booked to stay for much longer. Thank you and we hope to return!

The view from the room is out of this world. Super beautiful, could stay in the room for hours and just watch the view. Cool bathtub with a nice view as well. Polite and helpful staff. Especially Raymond. We never used this service, but everyday they could drive you to the beach at 11am and pick you up at 4pm. They also had a little shop by the reception.

The food wasn't all that. Breakfast look nothing lite the photos. We ordered nachos that we didn't even eat of because it didn't taste good. They should stick to only making thai food though cause that was delicioussssssss!!!
