We had a family room with connecting rooms and kitchenette which was well laid out and great for our family. Location was convenient for getting to central shopping mall and right across the street from the annual Khon Kaen silk festival. Staff were all friendly and breakfast buffet was great for the price.

The air-con in the main bedroom was a little noisy. Despite having a kitchenette and microwave, there were no plates or cutlery, however they were provided on request from the reception staff.

Very friendly staff, everyone on staff was helpful, in a good mood and friendly. Good location in a quiet area but close to the museum and for us it was close to family living in Khon Kaen. Good breakfast and the suite was great value for the money and gave our daughter some needed space to play around in. Great parking available as well.

Bed and pillows a bit hard. Rooms could be a bit more soundproof since you could hear the people from other rooms, this was mainly due to a small distance between the floor and the door so could be fixed for better noise cancellation.

Big clean room, balcony with ash tray, breakfast was great for the room price, 10 mins walk to walking street, 10-15 mins walk to 7-11, ate at the local restaurant, situated from left side of hotel main entrance (10 mins walk, for those who arrive/check in after 7pm) foods was fresh, delicious and budget friendly.

bathroom flooring was slippery, lighting not bright enough (suggestion-reposition lighting, change switch to dimmer switch). Owner can consider re-design/refit the room space, preferably simplicity....

This modern, tastefully furnished, comfortable room exceeded our expectations. There was good storage space for luggage and clothes, convenient lighting with switches for bedside lights at the bedside. A large patio door and windows made it very bright. Bed and bathroom linens were excellent quality. The modern bathroom was spacious and had room for toiletry bags. Front desk staff were accommodating although their language skills in English were limited. The manager, Bobby, was very attentive and available to us at all times. We enjoyed our conversations in English with him and his great sense of humour!

Like the privacy in my suite room. Complimentary daily water.in glass bottles. Housekeeping daily.

There's a kitchen with no kitchenware for cooking. Full cabinets. Fridge. Microwave kettle Cups. And that's all The breakfast buffet is less than good. Minimum choice for western and arabs.

Huge suit with 2 single beds and 1 queen bed in another room. Kitchen pantry with sink and microwave oven and fridge. 1 bathroom fantastically clean. Next to hotel very nice food. Vietnamese restaurant for breakfast. Seafood and many dishes for dinner. Across the road, theres a Chinese DimSum with nice noodles.

Staff unable to understand English. But Google translate always helpful. A bit of a walking distance to centre like Tan Tonn, The lake, Wat Nong Waeng.

No soap for washing hands in bathroom sink. Had to reach into the shower stall and awkwardly push the shower soap handle to get some soap to wash my hands. A first class hotel should do better than this.

No ironing facilities in room or entire hotel for that matter stayed in 100s of hotels in my life this was the first that did not have a clothes iron for our use when we urgently needed it to attend a wedding the day of departure ....Big C or Lotus have them if the hotel does not know where to buy

very good happy with all aspects of my stay and was a value, partner was able to check in on own and was with family. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of items and location was where IU wanted to be bases on detination next day.

Big room, big toilets, clean, close to Saturday night market. 5min drive to central Plaza. So overall a nice stay

We Asket for one Matratze on floor for our babies. They was not able to provide one. As that big hotel not been able to have one is a bit disappointing
