Excellent breakfast, comfortable room, wide balcony. We loved the pool, the beach, the restaurant on the beach. Location was good for us - close to the diving club, good restaurants and stores. The Thai massage was excellent!!!

The room in general was not very clean, especially the shower. The shower head was broken. Most of the stuff, especially the dining room and restaurant stuff, were unpleasant, do not smile and serve you unwillingly Unlike most of the Thai people we met on this trip, from the north to the south, there they were the least hospitable. Did not like not having a balcony to the sea.

We absolutely loved the location! The beach here is just stunning and perfect for swimming. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. It was really clean, cleaned further every day and we had fresh towels daily also. The hotel food and service were superb, and the pool was very clean and delightful to swim in. The staff have been kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I would definitely return!

Everything was great 😊. My only objection was not being able to change the air con temperature as it was very cold so we had to wear pjs and socks at night. Plus the balcony door sensor was not necessary and it meant we had to close the balcony door several times to get the ac to work again. It was still a fantastic stay though!

Lovely hotel, very clean, great Location if you want peace. Lady at breakfast making the eggs was nice and friendly, she wore a black top. The other staff didn’t really seem friendly at all.

We book an extra night, but the same room type wasn’t available on booking.com. We had to check out at 11am and wait for 2pm for the next check in. No flexibility from the reception staff for a later check out or a little flexible on getting the room earlier if it was ready earlier. They stored the bags which was great. When we arrived to the next bedroom it was exactly the same as the first bedroom we had stayed, just two doors down the corridor with a slightly different view. It didn’t spoil staying at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Near perfect stay, the hotel is on a quiet part of Long beach in Koh Lanta. It is the place you are looking for if "you want to get away from it all" The hotel and grounds are designed in a way as to make it peaceful and romantic. The sunsets from my villa was breath taking. The pool is bliss. I did travel with valuables, there was no security issue. The laundry service is excellent and very well priced. I will absolutely stay here again, it is paradise.

After staying further along the same coast we wanted to extend out stay but there were no rooms available where we were. Luckily Lanta Casuarina had a room available. The room was a lot larger then we expected with a very high ceiling. Initially there were two rooms available and they let us chose which we preffered so that was great. The balcony was lovely to relax on after a swim. The restaurant was also good with 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour. I did not find it difficult to grab a sun bed later in the day, which can be problematic in some places. The plants and gardens around the pool were also very beautiful and really made out evening pool swims. The hotel felt like it would have been alot grander in years past but it was great.

There was some sectioning of the sea for swimming in front of the hotel which I personally thought ruined the view

Firstly i would like to emphasize that lady from reception desk made very good impression, her english language was really good and she was very polite. Localisation is nice. By the sea and close to restaurants and shops. Hotel is not so crowded so you can get rest and enjoy the quiet stay with nice sunset on the beach. During our stay in Thailand we were in couple 4-star hotels, but this one was better than most of them.

It could be cleaner.

The garden-pool-beach area is the essence of the hotel. And this is the thing You are paying for. It’s beautiful, cozy and clean (except sunbeds). The crew is very helpful, cheerful and and always smiling. We also loved the big and very private balconies.

The hotel is old and tired. The rooms and their equipment are outdated. The bathrooms are dark and vintage in a bad meaning. The sunbeds by the pool are disgusting.

The location was amazing, about 10 min from the ferry by taxi. The resort it self is literally at the beach. They have a nice but small pool area literally at the beach. It is a bit of an oder resort but it’s well kept. Rooms were a decent size and we were happy to have two twin beds. The breakfast was decent, they had a lot of different options.

Each bed only had one pillow but I’m sure the staff would have organised more but we only stayed a night so didn’t bother asking for additional ones.

Loved this resort. The room was large quiet and comfortable. Great aircon Cold bottled water every day. The resort is very beautiful especially the gardens and pool. Also right on the most beautiful beach on the island. Great breakfast with lots of choices Lovely restaurant/cafe onsite too. Would definitely stay here again

Loved everything

Nice hotel on the best beach in Koh Lanta. Typical hotel room, comfortable, cleaned daily but no English channels on the TV. Breakfast same staple as other 3 star places. Infinity pool and beach bar face west to the ocean. Nice for sunset and ocean breeze. Staff very helpful for any concerns. We had some medical accidents and were looked after. The hotel gardens were pretty although at the end of the dry season starting to look a bit unhappy. There is a great little beach bar and restaurant about 100 metres along the beach to the right. About 10 minute walk to 711. On selected nights there is a night market on the main road just outside the hotel entrance road. Some good cheap local food.

There was very little natural shade around the pool. There were umbrellas but not very big and heavy to move as are the loungers. Gets hot in the sun, OK if you want to get burnt in the sun but I don’t. Staff could have been more proactive in cleaning up rubbish on the beach.
