We stayed 3 nights during our honeymoon trip in Thailand. We booked sunset villa with private swimming pool and and an amazing time there. It was everything we imagined and more. The villa had two separate houses - one living room and one bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet, bath and dressing room. Everything was very clean and had everything that we needed during our stay. The views were to die for and you definitely pay for that. They have decent hairdryer which is super really rare for hotels. Cleaners were coming in every day and if we were asleep they waited until we leave. The hotel is a bit secluded and although you can go out to eat for much cheaper outside we wanted to have a full experience and ate at the hotel. The food was decent and so were the drinks. We went during low season so it was kind of empty which we enjoyed since we actually came for some peace and quiet. Staff seemed a bit bored and we were not sure whether they were genuinely friendly towards us but we would like to say big thank you to Mee who we unfortunately met on our last night. He seemed sincerely interested in us and was really nice and genuine. He came to us during the breakfast on the last day as well and we just really enjoyed talking with him! All the drivers were ok, but there was one that we loved, unfortunately, we didn’t get his name. He picked us up once and we told him that the monkeys have visited us - he was very friendly and explaind what we need to do in this case. We saw him couple of times after but we didn’t think about getting his name. I hope the management will be able to identify him and let him know that he is doing a great job. The reception was very good and swift and sorting all our issues/requests efficiently. Also meet & greet and transfer were fantastic and no issues with that at all

Receptionists in person felt a bit awkward. On the last day we felt like they just want us to leave. No smiles from them. VAT is added on all your bills so if you are having a meal from different menus then you will have to pay VAT twice. Also, drinks will be on a separate bill and you will have to pay another VAT for that. Super weird and I saw many people complaining about that in the restaurant. This needs to be addressed.

We had a wonderful birthday stay at the Rawi Warin hotel, all of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an extra special stay. A mention for our friend at the pool bar who made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and had great fun with our son, however all of the staff were brilliant! The breakfast service is excellent, with so much choice (our favourites were the pastries and eggs Benedict), they also provided special plates and cups for kids. We stay in a villa, which was a generous size, well equipped and beautifully decorated. There was a bit of a hill up to the room, however the hotel provided a shuttle service, for when you weren’t feeling so energetic. The grounds were beautifully kept and the pools and spa were great. I had a massage and facial and the lady was very attentive. Our son loved the kids room, which was kept cool and clean. The restaurant served excellent Thai and western dishes for dinner. Outside of the hotel there are some good local restaurants, small shops, and places to book excursions.

The beach isn’t the best for swimming or relaxing on, it’s best to explore others on the island.

Great hotel. Spacious well kept rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds. Housekeeping did a great job surprising our child by staging a scene with his stuffed animals and a towel-art dog. Plenty of things surrounding the property which are easily accessed if you rent a motorbike or use a tuk-tuk that are available outside the property. Excellent pools. One shallow pool (approx 75cm) which is good for kids, one big infinity pool, a lap pool and one up on the hill (not really worth the climb if you’re not already up there). The breakfast has a good mix of continental and Thai options, and brings daily variety. Daily planned activities for kids are fun. A big shout out to the staff member (unfortunately don’t know his name) who took a lot of patience to teach our son - who doesn’t speak any English - the basics of Muay Thai. He’ll forever be our son’s hero.

The kids club did not really have supervision, so less suited to ‘dump’ your kids and head off to relax.

This is our second time at the property after visiting in April and I can honestly say it’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make your experience unforgettable. They are also the nicest people we’ve come across at any other hotel in Thailand. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, and breathtaking to walk around. The food served around the pool and in the restaurants is amazing - noticeably more expensive than other places but shouldn’t put you off as the quality is reflected in the price - the infinity pool is our favourite feature and looks out into the sea for some scenic views. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Lanta.

The only “issue” we can find about the property is just how high up our room is which is easily resolved by asking for the cart to take you up - which is something we didn’t want to do all the time - if this concerns you, perhaps speaking to the hotel about having a room further down could benefit you.

Mee who looked after us at the poolside bar was an absolute star. The food and drinks from here were exceptional and we also enjoyed the swimming in the pool and beach. All staff were helpful and the rooms were clean and fine for us. Breakfast was also really, really good. Especially the eggs benedict.

The main restaurant for dinner was slightly disappointing as the food seemed to take a long time. Our drinks also never came! This may be because we were visiting in the off season.

Everything about our stay was first class, the only disappointing thing for us is that we went during the wet season and a lot of restaurant were closed . But we cant fault the hotel for that. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from

Wonderful property in Koh Lanta. This place has the best service of anywhere I have ever stayed. Clean room with an extremely comfy bed. Good location easy to access restaurants outside the resort. The staff here go above and beyond and made my GF’s birthday a special day and even provided a cake.

There is not much to dislike about this place, I really enjoyed our stay. My minor complaint i guess would be the food, especially the buffet. We were some of the first people to eat and half the items were cold which was disappointing. To make matters worse the food that was made to order wasn’t very tasty and when you are spending 1000 baht per person, no drinks of any kind included, you feel a bit let down. The presentation itself and the fire show were amazing. I just feel like they need to work on the food.

The resort is so stunning and unique. On the one hand we were literally in the jungle and on the other hand we felt that everything was so classic and at the highest level. The room we stayed in had a sea view, and we had a lot of privacy. Although the room was relatively far from the central area, and we had to go up or down a lot of stairs, it suited us to move our bodies a bit and wander through the resort's jungle. It is important to note that you can also call the resort's car and it will take you wherever you want, really fast. The pool was just amazing!! The hotel's staff is nice, helpful, welcoming, and helped us efficiently and quickly in everything we needed.

The beach of the resort is rocky and the sea was quite stormy that when we were there, we did not enter the water. The prices in the resort's restaurants are expensive, you can find a better and cheaper lunch/dinner in one of the restaurants outside the resort.

Highly recommended. We stayed in this Resort for 7 days! The location and views are top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and all interactions with them were great. They all spoke English proficiently which was helpful for us. I would like to express my gratitude to “Mr. Mee” who base on Pool Bar he very nice guy and always assist us with big wide smile during our stay,and also to Ms.Peung and Mr. Rut. Thank you🤝 Our Room #295 and facing to sea view. Its really breathtaking!! This resort is perfect for couple and for family with small children , they have everything! From kids playground , billiards, library cycling etc. Would like to highlight their breakfast buffet , amazing chef ! From pastry to western to local food its really a lot variety they can even make you nice latte! So better book a room with breakfast its very worthy!! Wifi is 💯 strong connection ! Resort itself also had few monkeys like 5-10 , those monkeys really remarkable our stay ! they very friendly though😌 The best place We’ve ever stay in our life!! Me and my partner will definitely comeback again!!

Amazing resort! Everything we was looking for and more. Breakfast was 10/10, rooms were big and spacious (we had 2 double beds and a cot for our 2 children), staff made our stay! So friendly, helpful, amazing with the children, went out of their way to make everything perfect. Great facilities, kayaks were a hit with my eldest son whilst my youngest loved to escape the heat in the kids play area. Location was perfect for us and easy to grab tuk tuks and taxis anywhere further if needed. Following giants is also a must if visiting this area! We rented a car and done the elephants and national park then stopped for dinner on the way back!

Nothing we didn’t like about the resort but it is on the expensive side when there (food & drinks)
