Was a little concerned based on some of the reviews we had read. The hotel is in a quiet location with a stunning beachfront location and would suit anyone looking for a quiet few days away from the hustle and bustle. The standards of the rooms were as expected and although may not be UK 5 star, was not as bad as some reviews had made out. Very comfortable and quiet and had no issues whatsoever. Couple of restaurants locally which were great, hotel food quite expensive but breakfast was lovely so would recommend.

Lift wasn't working during our 2 night stay which was slightly annoying.

The staff was friendly and very helpful and even helped us to check in early. The room was really comfortable, clean & well equipped.

- No near supermarket in the surrounding area - The resort’s main swimming pool ( not the room’s) wasn’t that clean.

We stayed in the beach front presidential suite that was perfect for our family of 5 - the staff were incredibly attentive with any issues very very quickly resolved (that included getting a new washing machine door fitted) The location is right on the beach front with food from the kitchen being incredibly well made, there was a kayak and paddle board to use We also went on a day trip to the national park which the hotel arranged for us hassle free We cant fault the Sea Samui special mention has to go to Natt on front desk that was there to assist with any issue we had extremely fast and Mod in the restaurant that made our stay enjoyable

They upgraded us to sea view from the deluxe suite. Was so happy about this :) The sea view room was great and very spacious and the views were beautiful! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will never go past without greeting you, The restaurant staff Mod always went above & beyond for us, she never stops and meets every customers needs. Such a lovely girl. Not a bad location but having a scooter to get around would be ideal. Stunning beach front, Breakfast isn’t bad.

This hotel was a surprise for us. The picthers on the website were not good enagh to show how much better the hotel is . The room we took was a bit better then the firs on they have to offer, that was an amasing choice for us. If i will go back to kho samui i will go back there and i sugest to anyone that wants a realy good hotel to do the same .

The restaurant at the hotel was not comfterble becase it is very small and all tables are really close to each other. We set down waiting for the food for 30 minits. Aftrer that i asked the server whay are we waiting like that just for the first corses .. The answer was that they are waiting for the cook to come back. First off all if there is no one to cook whay did you take an order? Second thing is why did you take an order without teling us we are going to wait a long time for the food.

We have experienced as a family a fantastically beautiful vacation at The Sea Koh Samui! It felt for us like a second honeymoon but this time with children 🤩. What made the stay so unique for us: We had a pool villa with a lot of space. The staff is absolutely worth 5 stars! We felt like guests around the clock and were always served with a smile! The staff had as a team among themselves also harmonized well which has transferred the good mood to the guests. The facility itself was very well maintained. The bar / restaurant directly on the beach had a beautiful location. The breakfast buffet was absolutely great and of good quality but could be a bit more varied. The location of the hotel is as known in a quiet area which we enjoyed very much. You have the gorgeous beach almost to yourself. There are always enough sunbeds and launch beds at the pool and beach for the hotel guests. Walking distance to several nice beach bars and massages directly on the beach. We would love to come back anytime.

A shuttle service would be a great extra service which we now had to organize ourselves with a taxi which is relatively pricey at Koh Samui.

Beautiful place to stay right on the beach, nice spacious suites and friendly helpful staff.

The room was slightly dated and I wouldn’t say it was the best value for money. The shower didn’t work most of the time and was cold nearly every time and the hot tub didn’t work whatsoever, just spilled out black water which was very disappointing. The bed was also slightly uncomfortable as it was just two single mattresses placed on the floor. Breakfast had very little choice and as a vegan I went hungry, they also left the food out so there were ants all over it. The location was also very far out from everything but that is understandable for a resort.
