Very big comfortable bed and good size room. They have bags outside your room, so if you don't want the room made, they leave your refills in there (toilet paper, water, and coffee/tea). Very good breakfast with lots of options. The restaurant prices were very reasonable. We loved the pool and the shady area under the big beautiful tree. Diving shops very close by, just a short walk along the beach. Good location close to shops and restaurants.

The pillows need replacement, as they have lost their form and firmness. There was only 1 pillow per person, 2 would have been better.

The hotel is located by the Sairee Beach - one of the nicest on Koh Tao. The buildings stretch from the beach to the main street offering diversified standards of accommodation. Rooms are well equipped, clean and spacious. The restaurant is next to and on the beach offering great sunset views. The pool is small but ok. There are too few deck chairs. Breakfast is good. Restaurant offers good quality meals and the bar provides a big range of drinks at reasonable prices. The beach is clean and the sea is relatively shallow. About 100 m from the beach there are ruins of coral reef but it is quite nice for snorkeling with a lot of fish and some live corals. The boats for tours can be rented just outside the hotel. A short walk from the hotel there are shops and many reasonable restaurants. Generally a very good stay

Location is brilliant, lots of shops, restaurants and bars on the street side and beach side all within walking distance.

As we were busy out exploring every day we never used the pool however it wasn’t very big with few deck chairs.

Fantastic beach front location far enough along the beach away from the hub of backpackers bars to offer a quiet piece of tranquility. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection to suit all. Whole place is exceptionally clean. Well equipped bedrooms with free water which is replenished every day. Ample amount of sun-beds both in and out of the shade. Each evening there is a fire twirler on the beach right next to the hotel beach bar which makes for some pleasant entertainment after the sun has set . All in all i would recommend this place as a great base while on the island.

Not a dislike but a couple of things in room would make it even better : Bedrooms could benefit from some drawers and shelves as limited places for storage of clothes. Hand soap next to sink would also be useful as the only soap is in the shower and is not removable .

The place had great location to most of the restaurants, shops, and for going out. It’s right next to the beach so you can have your breakfast on the beach and next to the pool. There is a very nice massage place close by.

It was far from the better beaches like Freedom beach, Mango beach, etc. If you don’t get a scooter it’s impossible to go walking to any of them so you have to get a taxi which is at a fixed price - 400bht each way. If you are just with 2 people it could get very expensive. The toilets wasn’t the best, but we also didn’t pay that much so this was a very minor problem

Our room was perfect. We really really loved it!! The location was great. The staff very friendly. A great 2 night stay!

We booked the Grand Superior room, and it was fresh, well-maintained, with a nice balcony! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the service was excellent. The restaurant served delicious Thai cuisine, and the central location with a beautiful beach added to the overall charm! I also recommend exploring the city's surrounding restaurants – all within walking distance.

The breakfast was decent, though it could have been slightly better. If you had breakfast later around 10:00, some dishes might be unavailable, and securing a poolside spot required early rising.

Easy travel to all amenities, bars, restaurants and the beaches are stunning. The staff were so helpful and willing to please and make our stay as enjoyable as possible...Koh Tao is a must especially the sea and diving. We were informed on arrival that our room may hear music later in the evening due to a bar next door but this did not affect our sleep and the best way is to join in and meet other travelers irrespective of age ( we are 59) We had a really good size room ( 101 ) which had a wrap around balcony. This area is a great size with private loungers and a jacuzzi bath privately in this area...however why lock yourself away when the pool and beach are so accessible.

The room had a jacuzzi bath on the balcony and a bath in the bathroom but unfortunately there is no hot water to these, Which seems a waste of space !! However during our travels in the islands we found the lack of hot water quite normal so reliant on the shower. Don't let this comment affect your decisions to book here

The room was modern and very clean. It had everything you need. The swimming pool is big and lovely. The breakfast buffet has good variety. The atmosphere is made by the lovely trees by the beach which provides lovely shade over the tables and sunbeds. It's located perfectly away enough from the noise of the strip but still super close to all restaurants and shops etc. it's also super close to Roctopus dive school which I highly recommend.

Best to bring earplugs as the music from the clubs can reach certain rooms.

The landscaping beautiful and always clean, the staff were super polite and nice, everything was always clean, the pool, offering of yoga classes. Stayed in Thailand for 2 weeks and this was by far the best of the stays. And the best stay of my life.

Not that I didn't like. But having buffet breakfast would be awesome. But they offer to order breakfast the night before and serve it straight the room. They currently do not have a restaurant at the property. But there are options close by.
