Beach location, easy access to great restaurants, value for money, nice staff. I saw some of the other rooms and they are all well looked after, nice beach bungalows too. And the pool is bigger than I expected. Overall the place has a lovely vibe and I was super happy.

The room (and my clothes) felt damp after a few days. However it's rainy season so probably in high season (less rain) this wouldn't be an issue. I only had a fan room - plenty cool enough for me - so AC may be different.

The staff are excellent. The 3 restaurants basically on the beach were really good. Seetanu however was the best one. The beach had good sand with very little slope to it. An excellent place for children to play in the water due to gradual slope. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean.

Burning garbage by the pool made the pool useless. The 2 bedroom would be good for a family however for 2 couples not so much. With only one washroom the couple in the small bedroom had to walk through the main bedroom to get to the bathroom. Beach loungers didn’t have cushions and were really hard making them uncomfortable.

Lovely little bungalow with terrace, right next to the beach. Was spacious and clean. Location was great, within walking distance to all the cafes and shops. staff are friendly and there’s a restaurant attached. I would stay here again.

Room was quite basic without facilities like a kettle, glass or hairdryer. There were holes in the mosquito net over one window so I couldn’t open it, which was a shame in the heat. This is obviously not their fault but there are so many mosquitos, I got bitten even through the net over the bed! and be aware that the beach isn’t one you can swim in as it’s too shallow/rocky, but it’s stunningly beautiful so worth it just to go walking on when you wake up.

Stunning beach and the room is right on it! Plenty of room for family of four. Pool in the back tropical garden is massive and we were the only ones swimming, a beautiful change from the beach. 7/11 right there too but very limited restaurant options nearby. Use the KPY food app.

People smoking spliffs in restaurant etc as it’s also a cannabis shop so pretty potent🤣!

Close to everything we needed: beach, convenience store and restaurants. All within walking distance. Very laid back atmosphere was exactly what we needed on this leg of our trip.

Everything was good for us. We would return here if we went back to Koh Phangan!

Great spot in great location. Everything is nearby, u’re at the beach, bike rental next door, and also walking distance to other beaches, restaurants, yoga places etc. standard good bungalows. Cleaning every 2nd day. Great place!

Location & rooms were good. Easy to grab a taxi and go other places.

Request for booking boat back to mainland went wrong. We paid for the booking at the hotel while Lomprayah had not received it. I assume it's an unintentional one-off mistake but it was a major inconvenience with many fully booked boats (due to full moon party) . At courtesy of Lompraya we travelled without additional pay, they would follow up on the bill with the hotel.

Beach - Room - Restaurant distance is 20 metres only. Beach is very good. Food and service is good.

1. No fresh water shower at the beach, no fresh water taps at your room enterance, therefore you carry sand inside the room. 2. Shower area is not seperated in the bathroom. After one shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Very inconvenient.

The bed was massive and the bathroom was big too. We had a nice sitting area outside with a hammok, a table and two chairs. Although there are quite a few mosquitos due to rain, but the fan was perfect in that situation. Internet was good and free shampoo and a warm shower after some rain, was much appreciated. Few meters from the beach you can enjoy the daily sunset.

Very nice and quiet beach and the resort area is really beautiful. I would come there again.

The included breakfast was not that good, but you have so many close good eating spots close to. The tv in my room, was i bit difficult to use and would be nice with new smart tv.
