The location was great, a bit further from the beach but barely, as there’s so much to see and do when walking down to the main beach. The room was very spacious and had a nice little patio that you could sit on. The beds were very comfy and the AC worked well. They offer free breakfast in the morning which was nice and the staff were overall friendly. They provide free water everytime they clean your room!

The bathroom needs an upgrade and an actual standing shower. We had a bathtub to stand in and the shower head was far too low to take a shower, you were awkwardly standing in weird positions to get water onto your skin and the shower pressure was weak as well as the water rarely got hot. The shower head also would not stay at the proper angle so it would spray to the side of the bathtub and then the floors would be sopping wet. However, small inconvenience and still really enjoyed our stay. If the shower was better, the stay would have been perfect!

The room was big and impeccable, and everything was very clean and new. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the balcony was also very good. The bathroom was clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and everything else. It was the most comfortable room I've had in Thailand so far. The fact that there's breakfast included is a great deal. The location is ideal. It's in one of the main streets, so full of options for restaurants and bars around. It's around 15 min walk to the beach, but a very easy pleasant walk. I've seen reviews complaining about the noise from the street, but I didn't have any issues with it, and the window from the balcony isolated the noise very well.

Not all the staff were nice or could speak good English. Some of them were very attentive and helpful in answering questions or helping with tours, some others, due to the language barrier, couldn't do much for the guests and could only answer the basics.

We fell in love with this place and wanted to say thanks to the whole staff for their kindness. We were supposed to stay only four days, but we liked so much that we ended up staying five more nights. The room is beautifully decorated and we had an amazing view from our terrace. We are really close to the beach and even closer of some authentic Thai restaurants if you want to escape the tourist traps of Ao Nang. We also recommend you to try the spa massage next to the entrance. We would definitely come back!!!

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. it's all good. but this time the service at the counter was less friendly than before. No smile no words of appreciation were expressed. Breakfast is also not provided as usual. The reason given is because of peak hours. But I found many more empty rooms. It means that the information given to the guest is not correct. Other than that, it was good.

Near Ao nang town, close to food and shops. Reception can help you book minibus to airport. Room is spacious and good view to the swimming pool. Shame I only stay for a night otherwise I would make use of the pool.

The wash basin was blocked. I didn’t notice until I use the bathroom late at night so didn’t complain. But let the reception know when I checked out.

Great location, easy to find

The window/balcony was facing other people’s balconies so it was weird to have the curtains open. The shower also somehow got lots of water on the floor no matter how you positioned the shower curtain

It was very good stay for us. It look better in reality compared to how it looks in booking.com. The rooms were big, very hospitable staff, right on the main ao nang road which is very happening and vibrant road but still quiet. Beach is 10 min walking distance, if you don't like to walk 20 baht songthew runs every 5-10 min to and from the beach. Restaurant, including halal restaurants, bars, laundry, 7/11 are very neaeby. They also provide a decent but still.pretty good breakfast which they don't advertise. They've lift and staff available in the front desk 24/7. Good hot shower and clean towels with essential amenities

Very weak wifi in 3rd floor, they don't do the room make up if you don't ask but they told us that during checking in, however, while leaving the key I did ask for a make up, but I think the lady didn’t understand, usually they are very cooperative and I also didn’t leave the please make up room sign outside my room, so this Isn't their fault fully. Make up service is upto 2pm. Coffee making facility in the room can be added.

Clean, modern, roomy, comfortable beds, good location on main strip, but still walkable to beach. Nice pool, I believe it was saltwater, big enough to swim in. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the cliffs. It also had a balcony with 2 chairs, handy for drying laundry! Staff always greeted us with a friendly smile.

I can't think of anything negative.

Everything was perfect. Big specious room, clean and comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, basic breakfast but it was free so no complain there. Unlike other places, it was really better in reality.(not just pictures). The staff was really friendly. They were speaking English and was able to give all the info I asked for. Would highly recommend staying there. (I would come back again). It's just 1km away from beach that's like 15 mins walk. If it was closer, it would have been an ideal place.

The room can you a bit more light. No complain, more of a suggestion.

Spacious rooms, large comfortable beds. Convenient location. Plentiful breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. We were able to extend our stay when my husband took sick.

Had trouble with the hot water system.
