The sea views rooms are spactular. The size of the rooms is suitable. New equipment and the attitude of the staff are excellent.

Although it is close to Patong Beach, you must travel by car or taxi. Of course, free shuttle service is provided several times a day.

- Very clean & comfortable rooms - furnished really well with everything you need including a rainfall shower. Almost like an apartment! - Quiet - unlike the busyness of Patong this is slightly out of town if you want to be near but not too near. - Friendly & helpful staff - Convenient laundry service on site with competitive rates the same as you’d pay in town. - Good restaurants nearby - recommend Shine Pizza & Bar - very good

Nothing - very lovely accommodation which I would highly recommend. I’ve seen people saying walking to/from Patong is impossible. It’s not, I didn’t get a cab once. If you’ve got a reasonable level of fitness it’s fine. It’s on a steep hill out of town of which the main issue is that in the 30 degree heat by the time you’ve got back to the hotel you’re sweating, but it’s very doable - just a bit of a workout. Don’t let it put you off. If walking isn’t your thing then it’s a cheap cab/Tuk Tuk.

Its probably only once or twice during your travels that you stay at a hotel that just makes you go “wow this is just awesome I love it here and don’t ever want to leave” Patong Heights is one such place No airs no graces they just deliver what you want when you want it It all starts with the people - you will not find find better people in any other hotel - don’t care if you at the Ritz Carlton reading this - my guys at Patong Heights are better and make you feel really really welcome 🙏 Jeff and Vivien Sa and Phuw and Zor - et al keep on doing what you’re doing cos you’re doing great - one example is how they kept me the same table every night without asking as they knew I liked it The rooms are excellent Food is excellent The view is excellent It’s a little out ot town up the hill which some people have commented on but its only like a £4 or $5 taxi fare plus they have a shuttle bus 4 times a day to and from town Do come just to enjoy Patong and see for yourselves that these guys are awesome You deserve to stay here and experience this I hope I will again soon

The staff at Patong Heights were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The property is situated close to Patong beach but is located on a hillside which allows for a relaxed stay away from the hustle and bustle with amazing views of Patong. The staff arranged for tours at good prices and I would suggest booking directly through them. It is a bit costly to get transport to and from Patong beach but the hotel provides shuttles a few times a day. Thanks again to Vivian and the wonderful staff

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook most of our meals conveniently. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and the shower was beautiful. The free shuttle down to Patong Beach was convenient and we used this service daily. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Patong Beach.

- Rooms with private pool is not fully private the top floor can watch the pool and can see you swimming, if it's with cover it will be wonderful. - not too much verity of food overall food was good.

Our room was incredible with great views overlooking Patong. Very clean and all necessary amenities provided, room service, and even daily van drop off into the city making it super convenient to get to where you need during the day. A buffet breakfast was provided with a delicious variety of foods. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect!

No negatives from us during our stay, all was wonderful!

The beautiful panoramic view of Patong was from our room, we specifically chose this one. The rooms are spacious and clean, the furniture is excellent, the kitchen has everything. The staff is attentive. The main pool at the hotel is clean and quite spacious, the water does not get very hot, because the shade is after 2 pm. The breakfast is good, there are fruits. There is a shuttle from the hotel to Patong and back several times a day. Almost near Family Mart and great cool pizzeria restaraunt. A little further away is a big 7/11, but can walk around (on foot) for 12-15 minutes. A great option for those who want tranquility and a break from the noisy places of Phuket. Photos are 100% real

If you are staying for more than a couple of days then a scooter is definitely needed. But this is not a minus of the hotel, it's just a hill, but this hotel itself is beautiful. (Keep in mind that when renting a scooter in Patong, your passport is required and this is in Patong, it’s better to give a deposit, don’t give a passport, IMHO).

Very friendly and lovely staff, responded to every request we had very timely and professional! Organized transfer from the airport to the hotel and to the next location, as well as motorbike rental. Shuttle (scheduled, 4 times per day) to Patong Beach and back is also available. Rooms and facilities are very clean, modern and the kitchen well-equipped. Beds were comfortable and big. We could connect to our Netflix and Amazon accounts with the Smart TV. We didn’t need an adaptor for our European electronics, they have installed multi-use sockets and even USB-Ports next to the bed. We had booked a room with small private pool, which was great! Breakfast was very good with Thai and international cuisine. The lovely team even prepares omelette and eggs and pancakes to your liking. Various fruits and pastries are also available. Rooftop deck with great view over Patong beach. Family mart about 3 minutes walking distance (up the hill, not too steep). Nearby beaches (Freedom beach, Merlin beach, Tritrang beach) are perfect for swimming and snorkeling.
