It was quite easy to find the location as we had a car. The swimming pool was the highlight; it was massive and pretty clean. We enjoyed swimming at the pool. The woman I spoke with was helpful and responded well when something was broken in the toilet and the following day, somebody came and fixed it.

It could have been better if there were 2 key cards. We got only 1 and it was difficult for us to go somewhere because when my boys wanted to go somewhere, they couldn't as we had to go together because there was only 1 key card. Another thing is the internet was very slow. I think most of the feedback from your previous guests mainly complained about these. Another is when we were there, the lights in the hallway were all shut until we addressed it and that was the only time that they fixed them.

Beautiful pool, lift, 2bedrooms, 2 aircons, washing machine, pool view, balcony, wifi, kitchen, hot shower, white linens, 7-11under building, no traffic problem on the main road. Contact person can be reached on phone cleaning fee is acceptable rate. Electric and water supplied were included.

Security staffs at the entry gate was extremely rude. I was waiting to get my room number on phone while slowly driving. And he screamed impolitely to me to drive out to the main road. Why could not tell politely? I am a customer, not coming here for free. I was so upset with his rude behavior.

Spacious room, good equipped kitchen. Very big swimming pool with sliders. Friendly condo’s staff.

There were 3 towels in 2 bedrooms apartment. We never got more towels even it was required many times. Better bring your own towels for your convenience. Nobody helped with check in and luggage. Person, that gave keys for us, just stand and looked while I lifted my bags. I had 2 kids under 3 y.o. and old mom. I had never met such kind of “service” even at 3* hotels.

For 750 Bath per night and 400 Bath check out cleaning fee this was a great place to stay. 7th floor with a nice balcony and pool view. Perfectly clean, everything in good shape. I liked the design of the apartment and the furniture. There was nothing that wasn't working except one lightbulb for one lamp (I did not try the TV, I used my own mobile internet and did not try if there was wifi internet). The next 7-11 shop is just 100 meter away. It's about 1 km walk to the beach where the 10 Bath bus takes you to Pattaya center.

After making the booking I received a message that I would have to go to another hotel (Train Resort) 4 or 5 km away from Atlantis to get the keys for the apartment. I had to take a motorbike taxi (Bolt, Grab) for about 4 km to that location (with my suitcase and my backpack on the motorbike) to get there. Once I arrived at the other hotels reception they scanned my passport and told me where to find the keys at Atlantis. So, I took a motorbike taxi back to Atlantis and found the keys at a "secret" location. I lost probably 1 hour of that day. Getting the keys should be much easier and more convenient. At check out I left the keys in the apartment as instructed. That was fine.

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the beach, centre of jontimen beach, room had all facilities you could need, host was very friendly, good family atmosphere, 7-11 convenience store within the resort complex, pool was fantastic.

There was a few visitors who didn't respect the rules, I seen people smoking near the pool, some people walking through the corridors still wet from bathing,

The swimming pool was amazing, with salt water 👌 The sea was nearby. We should ask about the internet, because they provide a WiFi module by asking and get refundable deposit 1000 bath (when you check out they return it we wrote about it before check out)

Our apartment was with a view on the street and it was noisy, however we were sleeping well.

Room was really nice, I booked 3 different apartments all with the same host, the rooms can alter slightly depending on who you book with, I booked with JIEW, all the rooms were fantastic, and the host was always available if you have any concerns, I would always book with JIEW again, really made a good holiday for us all.

Pool is fantastic for kids/families Staff when required are excellent 7-11 almost on site, is a really nice touch to get those last minute supplies.

Wifi password took ages to arrange, and the staff generally needed phoning a couple of times with a very firm "get this fixed" attitude. Beds in the rooms we were in were hard and in one room sank into the middle so was not a great place to sleep.

the key was put in the wrong post box so could not find when first got there and i was not told of the 3000baht deposit

communication was not the best when arriving and leaving but i was partly to blame also. it was not all the staffs fault and i am not blaming them.

The huge interconnected pools. Great ambience. The staff was helpful. The agency that hosted my room was very responsive and helpful when there was a small problem with one of the air conditioners.

Everything was fine.
