Good location if you prefer the quieter side of Jomtien Beach. Hotel is in a little side street, parking across the street. Make sure to book a room with sea view on the floor 4 or higher. Room was really nice with an industrial chic touch, lovely details and cozy lighting option. Breakfast with several options and different warm food every day. Family-run lothes cleaning shop next door. Perfect next day service at very reasonable price, delivered to reception. Highly recommended.

We had a room which can be combined with the next room. Unfortunately the closed and locked double doors are not sound proof, baby and conversation from family in the other room very clearly audible. Restaurant not airconditioned. If you get a table by the window the morning sun is very hot. Hotel not cimpletely barrier-free. If you use a wheelchair, make sure to book a room on the elevator side, as bridge to other side is not level with the floor.

The hotel is located in a small street, Soy12, which leds directly to the beach. Cloase enough for a two minute walk and far enough so that you're not troubled by the noise of holiday makers. It also gives you time to get the sand out of your shoes (etc!) The hotel itself looks like one of those boutique hotels that feature in TV holiday programmes. The outside has some cool design features - a 'hanging' pool for instance - and inside, the (false)industrial design look is very well done. In my room, which was well large enough, there was some quite inspired artwork on the wall. If you're in room 204 you can see for yourself - I can't describe it - but it was good. The breakfast was also very good! It was cooked fresh every morning and if you want anything - the team will try and do it for you. Finally - and this is the real clincher - for a hotel that looks like this, the price was a bargain.

Nothing to improve on for me.

I should have booked here first. I originally booked an airbnb that presented itself as a clean, location was good, and you know have a working air conditioner, but at that location I found the air conditioner did not work the room was hot and dirty so we were miserable there and I had to find another place to stay so I found the Seacrest hotel. The Seacrest hotel was at a very decent location, not far from the beach, walking distance to the baht buses. Everything was close enough to where you could go wherever you wanted to go. Baht bus to Walking street Pattaya or Central Pattaya.

I had some female friends come by who told me the bathroom lighting was not good for putting on their makeup. I also didn't know that the Seacrest hotel had a pool, but it does except you can't use it. They said it was getting some maintenance done but that wasn't entirely true.

Nice location and friendly staff. Close to the beach in a quiet soi of mostly family recidenses. The room where nice and liked the concept of each floor interiors created to different Thai Provinces. Made the rooms different and had more personality in my opinion. Got a little gift basket on check in that was nice and got early check in when I arrived an hour early. Did not try the breakfast option but the setup looked nice. The WIFI was very nice up&down checked and Approx 290.

The bathroom had some issues, the drain was bad and water filled up in shower, the overhead shower was cracked and water went everywhere. The toilet had some issues as well. After flushing it did not stop running water and that was very annoying trying to sleep listening to. They fixed the toilet the day after but after first flush water started running again. Small things that can be fixed easily. The WIFI password is not very good, could change that for a more secure and I advice to use VPN to be more safe on this public wifi.

Really comfy bed and pillows. Great temperatures on shower. Clean room. Great location

Challenging to communicate with staff due to language barriers, but also because some won't pay attention to you because they are occupied sitting on their phone behind the counter. Lights in the room were weirdly placed, especially the buttons. Took me a while to find them as they were hidden behind the bed. Minibar did not work

Nice big room and comfy bed on the 4th floor with balcony, see view in the distance, fast elevator. AC works great. Good shower and nice bathroom.

Window above the door lets light from the hallway into the room at night (wear an eye mask). It would be nice to have a luggage stand.

Bedrooms tastfully decorated. Helpful staff,, nice breakdast; quite swimming pool. Off the main road, but still close to beach, bars and night market.

Some rooms can be a little noisy at night from AC and plumbing, but no problem if you ask for room change

Great location just past the busy end of the beach but 2 min walk to front and bhat bus route. Quiet Soi, laundry next door, spacious rooms with high quality finish, hot shower, pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

Pool a bit of a box tick for search engines, too small to be much used.

Location excellent. Staff swapped our room to one with balcony, which was much appreciated.

Unfortunately the balcony faced another building but at least we got to sit outside in the morning

Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee in particular was very nice. Available all day too. Room was comfortable and clean, good air conditioning

Location, although near beach, the street hotel was on was not very nice. Everything else was good and recommend staying here.
