This hotel is absolutely wonderful. I needed to book a hotel for a month's stay at very short notice and after reading some reviews online, decided to book the DeeProm hotel and I'm so glad I did. The hotel is located just off the Central Pattaya road (Pattaya Klang) but the noise level is very low. It's a 20 min walk to the beach and there is a Big C & Home Pro just across the road so is very convenient for anything you may need to buy. I generally went out for breakfast as there are many cafes nearby but when I did have breakfast at the hotel, it was delicious and there was plenty of choice. My room was always always kept neat and clean with up to two bottles of water provided every day. The Wi-Fi in my room and around the pool area was very fast and with no connection problems at all. Finally, Jill and Chaming on the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, spoke very good English and always had a smile and a chat when I left the hotel each morning. I cannot recommend the DeeProm hotel highly enough.

The location is found in a quite area but still near to the main attractions. You can easily walk to the beach or any mall nearby as well as the walking streets. It is ideal if you want to spend the day outside and come back to relax and sleep without being disturb by the night life. The room itself was comfortable and clean. With alll staff being adorable and helpful.

Nice hotel. Our room was spacious enough, basic yet nicely decorated. No problems with air-con, water or whatever. The hotel is located a bit far from the center - 20 minutes walk, which is the good thing since it's quiet there. Two big 7/11 stores are just few minutes away, and surely you can find a place to eat somewhere close. The hotel restaurant is very good, BTW, although a bit overpriced. 24h coffee machine and drinking water available at reception. Breakfast at your choice among 3 or 4 options, but there is also a lot of food at open buffet to spare time while you are waiting for your order. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.

Just a friendly advice, not a complaint: if there are two guests in a room, please provide two key cards. Card is also a key to the elevator, not mentioning it turns on the electricity inside the room. Also, there is one elevator in the hotel. Sometimes it really takes time to wait for it, but the stairs seems to be closed. It definitely needs to be open.

We enjoyed the attentive service and lobby areas with free coffee and water refills. The room was equipped with almost everything you need, including a reasonably comfortable bed and a modern-style interior. Overall, the stay was of reasonable value.

The room could have been cleaned better, some of the furniture was a bit dirty. We were not equipped with hand towels, just two single towels per day. The fridge didn’t cool anything down, which was inconvenient. The view wasn’t anything to look at. Sometimes an off putting smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was a minimal selection to choose. The location was at least 10 minutes walking distance to good cafes and not very pleasant walking.

The hotel was comfortable and homely, like a converted condominium. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English and carefully explained everything we needed to know about our stay. The breakfast was extensive, a buffet style with hot dishes upon request. The pool was nice but could use a little more cleaning. There were warm fresh towels by the upper entrance. The only thing was that the rooms were a little dated compared to the pictures, but we had most of what we needed.

I think the hotel could use an update. Otherwise it’s very tidy and nice. I felt like the location also wasn’t the most convenient, but it was close enough to the big malls and tourist places with Grab.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at DeeProm Pattaya for 16 days after an 8-month journey across Asia and we couldn't have asked for a better experience to end our travels. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the most friendly staff (Jill, Charming, Farida, Touy and Gnoc who truly made our stay memorable. They always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, with our room being serviced everyday. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day, and the pool was a lovely addition, it’s big and nicely hidden in the back. They had refillable water bottles with a filling station, a bag to carry around and also bathrobes, the little things definitely make a difference. DeeProm's location was ideal—close enough to the beach and town center to enjoy all the attractions, yet just far enough out to provide a peaceful and quiet retreat. We loved the tranquility of the hotel after busy days exploring Pattaya. Overall, DeeProm Pattaya exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya and will definitely stay here again if we return. We will miss the ladies very much and hope to see them soon Anto and Brook

We liked everything

Quiet location but near amenities, shopping, restaurants, bars, Kentucky Fried, Subway, all very close if needed. Intimate since not large, approximately 40 rooms only. Quiet and shaded clean pool. Great Thai breakfast and freshly cooked to order eggs and bacon options, English tea and coffee machine free 24 hours. Real Thai atmosphere and genuine friendliness. Great value. Very clean. Big room, large bed with mattress not hard and quality linen and pillows, hot powerful large shower, modern quiet aircon, blackout curtains. The staff are fantastic, professional laughing happy cleaners, kitchen great, and Jill and Chawin in reception are complete superstars. Towards the end of our 6 week stay we felt like Deeprom was a second home every time we returned from a couple of days away. If you want a large impersonal high cost beach hotel in a busy noisy area that could be anywhere on the planet don't stay here. The beach and nightlife are only 20 to maximum 30 minutes walk or a cheap Grab or Bolt or even cheaper scooter taxi. Or hire a scooter and park safely at the hotel. Stay here!

Great little hotel only rated 3* but staff were 5*. Thai and western options for breakfast a little limited on choice 6 to 7 options but the quality was excellent and a lot cooked fresh to order. Reception staff were very helpful the pool was nice and quiet probably used 4 or 5 times we did eat in the hotel one evening and the food was very good. Location is 2 minutes walk to the main road leading into Pattaya or Big C mega store with loads of cheap food options. We used the bolt app to get around mainly in air conditioned cars but motorbike taxis are also available on the app and are cheap longest we waited for a ride was 7 minutes.

Some traffic noise mainly from motorbikes with the silencer removed it's not a deal breaker though.

Very comfortable beds. Nice pool. Good location. good hot water. Very good aircon. Staff mostly very friendly and kind.

Every room contains unusual drinking tea that is not cheap. If your children accidentally open any of these items you have inadvertently purchased these items. (This has happened to us more than once) There is no teaspoons in the room. I think if they are not leaving coffee, maybe there should be an option of not leaving anything. The restaurant is way to expensive compared with surrounding restaurants and or for a hotel of this class.

The staff couldn't do enough for us. We stayed for a month and were treated like royalty from start to finish. Nothing was too much for anyone, be it front of house, waitresses, kitchen staff, housekeeping or engineering. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with options for both Western and Thai guests and catering for the full range from carnivores to vegans. We were given a lovely, comfortable room with views over the city and an efficient air conditioning system, which was most welcome as temperatures were in the mid-thirties much of the time.

We couldn't fault anything. The only extra facility we would, if possible, like to see is an evening meal option but, in all honesty, we would probably only have taken advantage of it on a few occasions - after particularly tiring days - since the area abounds in restaurants, bars, food halls and street food vendors suiting all budgets and tastes.
