Clean, modern and for eight days and nights the staff were amazing I lost my wallet one night with one of the plastic reusable key card’s inside. They replaced it BUT as I checked out they charged me 200 Baht for it If it was a real key I would understand but that charge for a plastic card upset me

We have stayed here many times and love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The place is extremely well cleaned and maintained. The rooms are modern spacious with very large comfortable beds and pillows. Very good WIFI. Large swimming pool which is covered but open at the front. There is lots of parking for cars and motorbikes. New self serve launderette opened at side of car park. Lots of restaurants and places to eat. Highly recommend this hotel.

I am here for the second time and I am happy again. This is the place where I rest and regenerate energy. This is the place where I work (remote work online). The TV has Bluetooth and the "Mirroring" Screen Share function. It works perfectly with Samsung S22+ Ultra. The internet works very well. It is generally clean. A large mirror in the bathroom, shower (it has several water flow modes), plus a large "rain shower". Zero problems with warm water - which happened in other facilities. You can feel a great smell at the reception. Very tasty meals straight to the room. High level and swimming pool. Nice and positive staff. I don't miss anything here. I recommend it very much.

There is nothing you don't like about the facility. You get full value for your money. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very peaceful, cheerful and has lovely spiritual energy and the staff are just fabulous. The location is fantastic and the buffet options are really wonderful. I would definitely stay here every time I visit Pattaya.

It' a busy street, so you'll get lots of noise all day/night long. The gym was a bit sup-par.

Location close to the the center of Pattaya. Easy to get in and out when traveling by car. Most attractions within walking distance, Large, newly appointed rooms, a small pool on the deck. Comfortable, hard bed.

It's off the major baht bus lines. But that's no problem, just keep walking!

All was all right, I can strongly recommend this place. But breakfasts were very monotonous and unusual for European stomach.
