I liked the location with lots of entertainment all around. The hotel staff was nice. The rooms were clean and modern, comfortable bed and a small free snack every day.

For a hotel of this quality, you should not need to have to haggle down the price of a taxi with the receptionist! It went from 800 bht to 600 bht and was still too expensive. I understand that maybe put a little on top for the service but I feel the receptionist has personal interest in getting as much as possible from you. This is very disappointing, as the hotel should be able to provide a good service at a fair price and not take advantage of people. The return Grab taxi was 300 bht in comparison.

Very beautiful and stylish hotel, the modern design is very well done, all details are perfect, I loved it! The bathtub and the bed are super comfortable. Perfect location, easy to walk to the beach and to many restaurants, there are bars in the street for those who like the Pattaya lifestyle. Great breakfast with a lot of choice. Free mini-bar items every day. Perfectly clean.

Very weird policy: there is a paper in the room saying you cannot bring food and beverages from outside! (I include the picture). I have tried more than 20 hotels in Thailand, this is the first time I see this, and it's really not cool. I do not know if they really enforce it. I did bring some ice cream to my room discreetly, because I'm not a rule complying person, but I felt like a criminal. Weird.

Large, comfortable room with wide desk, giant TV screen displaying dozens of Thai programs and the main Western news channels. Bathtub + shower + hand-shower. Everything in perfect shape, even the calibration of the temperatures which show on the A.C. controls. Breakfast, with an offer very varied and modulated every day, is served until 11 a.m.! Wifi strong and stable, with large band-width. (Apparently, an individual router is placed in every room ?). Central position - for those whom Soi 7 represents the center.) Personnel competent and friendly.

American Express cards are not accepted, contrary to what booking.com states. A minor suggestion: a small hook placed near the washbasin would come handy for hanging towel.

- The room's condition is excellent. The bathtub and shower are separated from the toilet and wash basin, which I love. One person can shower while another uses the toilet or the basin. - The TV has Netflix and YouTube apps. The bed is good. There is plenty of counter area for luggage and other stuff—no need to place personal stuff on the floor. Warm water works well. The rooftop has a swimming pool and plenty of benches and couches. - The AC works well and is quiet. It didn't take long to cool the room. - The panel for each room indicates its status (do not disturb/make up my room/ etc.) making the place look high-tech. - The light switches are placed at the entrance with the AC control for ease of adjustment, and at the bedside to easily control the bed lights. - There are plenty of power outlets to charge your devices. - The room is quite soundproofed. - The gym and the sauna are in good condition. The lobby is spacious. - All staff are nice and helpful. - Breakfast is great! A few egg options, potatoes, pancakes, bread and pastries, salad, fruits, fruit yogurt, sausages, ham, bacon, rice, porridge/soup, fried rice, and different Thai dishes for each day, a coffee station, and various juice options. - There are plenty of cocktail and liquor options and their price is affordable. - The location isn't far from the beachfront and the nearest malls. It took 1 minute to reach 7-11. 2-3 minutes to the beachfront, and 7 minutes to Central Pattaya.

- The smart TV isn't that high-end, but what to expect from the price? Even a place with a higher price can have just a non-smart TV or even an outdated TV model. The light switches at the bedside can be confusing. - You can see the beach partially because other hotels and buildings block the landscape, but I don't mind much since the hotel isn't directly overlooking the beaches. - The surrounding area is quite busy at night because the hotel's location is in Soi 7th, which has many bars that turn on loud music at night. The room is soundproofed at a certain level but might not be enough if you are a light sleeper.

The young lady who often cleaned my room on level 4, always went above and beyond, always made it super clean. The younger staff were nice and welcoming. Nice modern room, good location.

There was a very old man who looked to be in his sixites that I saw on my way to check out at the lobby. He was rude and demanding, and it seemed he was bitter. Also the old lady also around in her sixties who cleaned my room once, did a terrible job, just took the rubbish and put extra towels thats it, the young lady however was amazing, and always made my room so clean, I tipped her well.

Third time staying here in 5 years, and once again this place does not disappoint. Staff are amazing and go beyond to make your stay really good, location is perfect as you have everything nearby, and the room size are decent with all utilities available. I love that they have complementary snacks and drinks in your room that they refill everyday and the breakfast service is really good and not just basic. I always stay here whenever I am in Pattaya, and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will stay here again hopefully in the near future if I return.

If I can say anything negative about this hotel, is that they are always fully booked months in advance which tells you a lot about this hotel, not the hotels fault of course. Maybe if the balconies are a little bit bigger but that’s all.

Very clean modern property. Immaculately clean and great amenities . It really is a lovely set up. Staff were great especially the cleaning lady on floor 6 she was absolutely A1 . 95% of the staff where extremely helpful and welcoming

I didn’t realise but the hotel is located right in a very busy nightclub spot. Luckily our room sound wise was ok to the street noise, however unfortunately we had some very bad obnoxious guests on our floor and next to our room who thought it was ok to scream, yell , blast Arab music and scream in the hallway and rooms at 2-3 and 4 am in the morning. Not the hotels fault but just be aware. Also breakfast was good but cold.

We also enjoyed a light BBQ and beer by the pool, which were both satisfying and well-prepared. **Customer Service**: The staff's hospitality was outstanding. They were all fluent in English, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Their neat appearance and casual uniforms added to the overall pleasant experience. **Value for Money**: Considering the range of services, amenities, and facilities like the pool, gym, and spa, we felt that the price we paid was very reasonable. **Overall Experience**: What truly made our stay memorable was the welcoming attitude of the staff. Their genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations, making us feel truly valued as guests. **Improvements**: While there's hardly anything to improve upon, we'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the staff for embodying the true spirit of hospitality throughout our stay.

The location is perfect for us the hotel is really nice and fresh rooms very clean the staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful the breakfast nice aswell and thought the day there menu for snacks was great really enjoyed our time here at hotel and will defo book to stay here again thanks for your hospitality

Only think I could fault and it’s only a little thing is the pillows on bed weren’t great but really that’s my only thing I could find wrong
