The receptionist ladies thicha pom and nong made me feel welcome instantly with big beautiful Thai smiles 😊 The rooms are a little expensive but very comfortable and cleaned every day There are nice little garden areas and a comfortable chill out lounge space with great massage chairs The rooftop pool is ok but in full sun all day. Early morning or late afternoon best for a swim Lots of fantastic and cheap Thai food in the area and just 8 minutes from the bars and clubs

Came at a great price and was spotlessly clean, a very spacious room and the staff were great...Balcony was a good size and there was a rooftop pool. I would possibly come again...

Location...a little out of the way and some construction going on nearby. I had no view from my balcony, just a brick wall but it was a last-minute booking and at a very good price.

Breakfast and staff were very helpful in the restaurant. The pool was nice. The location was convenient to a mall, stores, food and beach. I would recommend for the price. The front desk staff very informative and with great customer service.

My only complaint would be the hotel was stingy on coffee in the rooms. I always like more than 2 packets of coffee for me and my wife, willing to buy it. I like to drink 3-4 cups every morning and some in the afternoon. Not enough toilet paper restocked, had to be created and use nose tissue, should always have a spare roll for backup. Credit card fee is too high

The best part of the hotel was the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the size of the rooms. I had been travelling for 10 days before I reached Pattaya and this was by far the best hotel experience I had. I didn't expect much knowing it was just Pattaya but I was happy that my expectation was proven wrong. The room was huge, it had so much space and was well designed.

There wasn't anything in particular which I didn't like, I was overall happy and honestly can't think of anything which I didn't like. However, if I am being asked to pin point some of the shortcomings, well the hotel location was a bit off centre than my choice.

Stayed here for 2 weeks while I was vacationing in pattaya. Loved it. Staff were so friendly and kind to me as in everywhere in Thailand 🇹🇭. You either love it or love it even more, will definitely be back to stay here again.

The staff was always friendly. The location was also very good, as there was a 7 11 supermarket right around the corner and you could get anywhere quickly with the scooter taxi but still had peace and quiet in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious and I had a nice balcony. The pool had comfortable seating in both the shade and the sun. I can only recommend the hotel and I'm a very critical guest so you can book now with a good feeling.

the shower wasn’t great was either hot or cold and the water just sprayed out of all the shower head in all different directions and only other downside was the pool, wasnt netted out very often and wasn’t always super clear needs chlorine added to it on a more often basis

The rooms are very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, nice big shower with hot water.

Location is a small side street so no view in any direction. The wardrobe doors are not fitted correctly, when closed they slowly slide back into an open position and cannot stay closed. TV channels, not many to choose from and 99.5% in Thai. Many of the channels show no signal, you spend a long time searching for ones that work.

Cheap accommodation. Room were old style so very big with nice high ceiling. Beds were comfy. Breakfast and smorgasboard available but plenty of places to eat outside so we ate outide. Big C mall opposite plus several other large malls. Heaps of easy to park parking outside as we had a big vehicle Swimming pool was on the roof with loungers and showers there

Shower had no curtain or door. wifi was non existant

Rooms were spacious. Breakfast was also very good. Everything was good. There was a big C supermarket just near the hotel. Sitting area down the hotel was also very good. Breakfast area was also very big.

Location was bit far from beach and nightlife area. We can't able to find iconic pattaya open taxi easily outside our hotel.
