The property was in a great location with the shopping centre attached . facility was very clean .

unfortunately I had $250 au dollars stolen from my purse on the one occasion I forgot to take it with me , the staff looked into this as the only person that entered the room was the cleaner but I guess without proof they need to take their word. the second bed was 2 cushions placed together on the floor this is what they call a sofa lounge . I did ask for them to provide at least a single mattress for my daughter as the cushions will seperate while she slept and it was uncomfortable for her . I did pay for the third person .

Truly a wonderful & comfortable place to stay and enjoy a memorable vacation in Pattaya. The room where I was staying had an amazing view from the balcony. It had all the amenities which are required for a perfect stay. Experienced a 5 star luxury specially the pool side & the roof top restaurant area was amazing. Another added advantage was the Terminal 21 shopping mall which could be accessed straight from inside the hotel. The staffs were very courteous and friendly. I shall surely select this hotel during any of my future trips to Pattaya.

Well, what can I say about our stay at The Grande Centre Point?! A very luxurious hotel with everything you need. The rooms were immaculate and spacious with balcony view looking over to the beach and city. Based in a lovely area but only a cheap Grab or local taxi in to the more "lively" areas of the city. The hotel is connected to the "Terminal 21" shopping centre which is very convenient for eating (both local and worldwide) and has a fabulous array of clothes shops. If you do want to drink alcohol you need to buy this off site as the hotel itself does not serve any. It did not cause an issue and we like the odd drink :-) Again, as everywhere we stopped in Thailand, the staff were amazing. Literally can't do enough for you, are friendly and so attentive to your needs.

Could not find fault at all with this hotel; it really was amazing.

The property has a very good location, the staff is very polite and helpful and has very good customer service, the pool is very nice the water is clean. The food is very good and lots of choices But not many choices for European people mostly for the Asian part overall very good the location is very convenient for accessing the shop I would like to recommend it to anyone have a kid.

The only thing we would like the hotel to add up is the European food choices for breakfast like British breakfast Don't get me wrong just only my opinion.

We had the "panoramic view" but it was far anough removed from the beach that the view of the water was largely blocked by high rises closer to the water. The room was wonderful and the staff was exceptional, could not have been more helpful, a truly professional group. The soaking tub had an amazing view from the bathroom but was never used. Food and amenties were first class, there was a great childrens pool that kids would love but the adult pool was really nothing too special.

I liked everything about this hotel, there was nothing to not like, but the price was a bit steep. I actually meant to book at the Space Pattaya and accidentally booked the sister hotel here, and was not disappointed. Cost was prohibitive for more than one nights stay, but the entire operation was very smooth, from staff, breakfast, room, everything.

We thought we had booked Grand Centre Point Space Pattaya, but had booked Grand Centre Point Pattaya, they are next to each other and of the same group - ultimately this was my mistake, but the naming of the sister hotels are so close, i cant believe we are the only ones that hav made this mistake, I had an unhappy 13 year old boy as the facilities are very different between the two. The water park is for very young children and here and there was no games room. As i said my mistake and this one is still very smart, just not what we thought we had booked.

Very good Service in the Restaurants. We are changing from Roof Top restaurant in the 32floor and the big restaurant every few days. They have both very good service. We really appreciate the very good personally service from Chai and Ymmy in the Roof Top restaurant. The room was cleaned very well every day. The observed parking zone of the hotel is in the Terminal 21 parking house in the 2nd floor. We hat always a parking close to the entrance. The parking attendand guides US always very well for driving to the place for us. He helps us to unload our baghage and our shopping goods. We really appreciate the very well service.

The hollidays were too short.

Outstanding hotel beautiful facilities, wonderful staff who go the extra mile, a delicious breakfast and fantastic proximity to the Terminal 21 shopping centre.

I really couldn’t find anything I didn’t like about this hotel, but if I had to find something, it would be that although the bathroom had a fantastic shower, water spread out around half the floor area of the bathroom and did not keep within the shower area itself. This was easily adjusted by just turning the shower right down, but was not ideal. Also, if you ask the hotel concierge for a taxi, specify a metered taxi, otherwise you’ll get an overly priced private vehicle servicing you.

We love the facilities at the property - the swimming pool and kid's club was fantastic for our kids. We love the location and being connected to a great shopping mall, which made it really great and convenient for us when we need to go to a restaurant or food court or just to do simple shopping. The staff were excellent and helped to assisted us whenever we asked, especially at the lobby on the day of arrival (making room available to us ahead of check-in time), and during our stay (providing advice and helping to get transport contact).

We have a 16 months old baby, and we were not able to get food that was suitable for her. May we suggest to include plain or children friendly porridge or noodles in the restaurant menu. Children friendly meaning light porridge or soup noodles with little seasoning. The standard noodles or the morning porridge were tasty for adults but we find it too salty for the baby/young toddler.

We stayed here from 9th May to 14th May and I should say that we were mighty impressed with the hotel. Initially we were hesitant to book as we normally prefer the well known chains of premium hotels for family holidays. However, a friend of mine gave me a heads up on this property and we were really happy to have taken the decision to stay here. The location is excellent although not a beach property. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. The check in was smooth. Although we arrived early, we were not made to wait much and the rooms were allocated earlier than committed. We took 2 panoramic suites ( 1 room and 2 room) for our family and kids and both had good view of the sea. The rooms were absolutely awesome, modern, spacious, well equipped and very thoughtfully designed. A bathtub with panoramic view and a planetarium type ceiling were the highlights in addition to the water park which was the major attraction for the kids. The breakfast spread was very largely Asian in nature but extremely well laid out. The bakery items were fresh and tasty. The food from the restaurant were also tasty.
